People & Culture Business Partner 12 month (FTC)

We are delighted to be supporting an internationally recognised charity and humanitarian organisation in their search for a People & Culture Business Partner. Working within a collaborative People team and reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple international regions, helping to shape people strategies that support organisational effectiveness and long-term impact. This role would suit a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnering with operational delivery.
As part of this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across multi-country operations, providing expert advice on workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, performance management and talent development. You will work closely with leaders to ensure people practices align with organisational objectives, support the implementation of global HR initiatives, champion diversity, equity and inclusion, and use data and insights to influence decision-making. This is a genuine business partnering role offering the opportunity to drive meaningful change across an international organisation.
To be successful as the People & Culture Business Partner you will need:
- Significant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a complex, international charity, NGO or multi-country organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice across multiple jurisdictions, with experience adapting global policies to local contexts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and use people data to support strategic decision-making.
