Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

What you will do
- Proactively contribute to the delivery of high-quality safe evidence-based care.

To lead on the Trust’s Policy and Communications work. To ensure our strategy and work in this area is led by the specific needs of people affected by MSA. Key Responsibilities:

Join and lead our brand new Mental Health Service which is due to go live April 2026! The service is a step-down service, which provides short-stay, trauma-informed alternative to hospital admission and facilities. The service forms part of a wider integrated initiative for urgent and emergency care. The team will support our residents who are at risk of admission but can be supported outside of mental health hospital settings, by providing tailored support to them to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals, to live more fulfilled lives and independent living.
In this role, you will lead the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment. YMCAis our child sexual exploitation project which works with children and young people across Sussex and Surrey. Our primary focus of work is supporting young people affected by exploitation through raising awareness, education and empowerment.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the WiSE team as a Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Practitioner. You will work alongside the Service Manager, Early Intervention Worker and two other practitioners, co-located at Staines Police Station with the Exploitation Team. The role involves a significant amount of lone working with frequent travel across Surrey to see clients and attend meetings, with occasional travel further afield.
In delivering the role, you will involve carrying a caseload of young people aged 10-25 who are vulnerable to sexual or criminal exploitation, providing intensive, client-centred care and working closely with professionals across agencies.
Key responsibilities are:
- Manage a caseload of vulnerable young people and supporting them to stay safe and leave the influence of perpetrators
- Work with other professionals to deliver tailored care packages and provide consultation
- Maintain accurate case records and contributing to timely reports
- Liaise with Children’s Services, Surrey Police and other agencies to disrupt abuse and support prosecutions
- Deliver training and awareness-raising workshops to professionals and foster carers
- Contribute to strategic development and deputising at relevant meetings
This is a challenging role where children and young people do not always identify the level of risk they are exposed to or the abusive nature of the relationships they are in. The support of victims can be distressing and emotionally demanding for the workers, consequently 1-to-1 clinical supervision, weekly team meetings and regular line management supervision of cases and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities
Event & Comms Coordination
- Support the end-to-end coordination of online and in-person events, e.g. setting up online meetings, booking in-person venues, sending invites, collecting feedback. These events include:
- Skills-based volunteering events that connect the charities we fund with professionals who offer their expertise to help organisations grow.
- Our Funders Collective events that bring funders together to exchange ideas and explore how funding can drive deeper impact.
- Showcases aimed to connect the charities we have backed with funders, think tanks and other stakeholders.
- Provide on-hand support to ensure events run smoothly.
- Manage the communications calendar and make sure social media posts are drafted and reviewed on time.
Programmes
- Assist with the smooth delivery of our funding rounds, e.g. updating our CRM (Salesforce), sharing updates with our team of consultants, reviewing feedback provided to grant applicants, coordinating with our Finance Team on grant payments.
- Help the Programme Team with the management of our peer learning and workshops programme, giving charities the skills they need to thrive.
- Support the Programme Team with ad-hoc data collection for impact analysis and reporting.
Organisation-wide support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure our database and task management tools are kept up to date to help the team stay organised.
- Provide flexible administrative support to The Fore team across all areas of work and other projects as required.
- Provide additional administrative or operational support when required, including limited cover for the info and pro bono mailboxes during periods of leave.

About the role: You will be creative, self-motivated, conscientious and energetic, and have superb interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of people and build the supporter base of St Petrock’s. You will have strong project and event management skills to lead on major fundraising campaigns and events such as our annual Christmas fundraising video campaign, the Big Night Out sponsored sleepout, and the Big Night In fundraising dinner, along with the imagination and drive to develop a full programme of public fundraising challenges and events. You will also have the knowledge and drive to develop legacy giving and major donor programmes and, supported by the Fundraising and Communications Officer, will be responsible for our social media platforms, website, media relations, and other external communications.
You will be primarily based at the St Petrock’s homelessness centre, with the opportunity for some hybrid working (at home or at local co-working venue). Given the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a suitably insured vehicle and are able to attend meetings and events outside normal working hours to share about St Petrock’s as needed.

Corporate Partnerships are a key area of growth for Noah’s Ark Fundraising and is pivotal to not just income generation but also brand awareness for the work that we do. The role feeds into our Major Donor and Corporate income streams. Philanthropy & Partnerships is a real area of expertise for Noah’s Ark, with much scope for further growth.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will work in close collaboration with the Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager and build a cohesive way of working to ensure that we are maximising impact for the charity and its beneficiaries.
Purpose - The Corporate Partnerships Manager works with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, steward existing relationships, and develop a healthy corporate prospects pipeline in order to achieve agreed income targets. The role is also key in delivering our special events and campaigns in collaboration with our Special Events Manager. This includes our annual matched-funding campaign, The Winter Ball and the Noah’s Ark Golf Day – which most recently raised £1m, £400,000 and £104,000 respectively.

Job Title: Night Supervisor
Location: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), the service is a short walk from Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith) station. Unfortunately, this service does not have step free access.
Salary: £34,000
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 4 days on, 3 days off. This is a night shift role on a rolling rota, which includes weekends and bank holidays, meaning weekly hours may vary slightly. The exact working hours for the night shifts will be discussed later in the recruitment process. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service requirements.
About the Role
Lead a team as a Night Supervisor. leading the night team in a service which runs to deliver high quality, trauma informed services to residents, participants, and staff. You will lead in ensuring the service runs smoothly, safely, and that night support staff are well supported. You will line manage frontline care and support staff, including night concierge services, within a service that specialises in supporting people who have experienced homelessness, substance use, mental health, and/or offending backgrounds. We work collaboratively with commissioners, partners, and communities to provide psychologically informed environments (PIE) that support recovery, reablement and sustainable independence. We are looking for a Night Supervisor who is driven to provide high quality, effective and person centred support to staff, colleagues, residents and participants. This role will support Service Managers to ensure high standards of service quality, performance, and improvement are delivered on the night rota by encouraging productivity and engagement of night staff.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support the delivery of high quality, trauma informed night services, ensuring services run smoothly, safely, and in line with organisational standards
- Line manage and support frontline night staff, including night concierge services, fostering a supportive leadership culture focused on staff wellbeing, learning, and development
- Work closely with Service Managers to maintain high standards of service quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Encourage productivity, engagement, and wellbeing of night staff through regular check-ins, service visits, spot checks, and ongoing team meetings and training to support staff development.
- Provide high quality, person centred support to staff, residents, and participants, including working effectively with people with multiple and complex needs and diverse communities
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, ensuring effective and timely handovers between day and night teams to support seamless service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively, with or without prior formal people management experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of compassion, routine and safety especially at night and who’s ready to make a difference in a calm, consistent way. Whether you’ve worked in supported housing before or bring transferable skills from another role, what matters most is if you’re dependable, care about people and want to make a difference during quieter hours. Furthermore we look for:
- Understanding and/or experience to provide high quality, person centred support
- Ability to work independently and taking responsibility for the night service
- You will require excellent communication skills with residents, colleagues and external partners to build positive and respectful relationships
- Understanding the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in everything you do
- You have the ability to stay calm and supportive in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs
- Ability to take a compassionate, non judgmental approach when helping others

About the role and you
As Digital Innovation Officer, you’ll help deliver and grow Project Intercept, our deterrence programme with tech companies. We work with platforms such as Google, Meta and Aylo to create online interventions that deter harmful behaviour and guide people to confidential support through our Stop It Now service. Working closely with the Innovation Programme Lead, you’ll take charge of the technical running of our chatbot, track the impact of our online warnings, and help manage day to day work with global partners.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident with digital tools, curious about how systems work, and able to turn data into clear insight. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating platforms, problem-solving and learning as you go.
