Caseworker posts are for Mondays - Fridays, 9am to 5pm. The role is based at our office in Kings Cross. There are opportunities to work from home at times. This role will be worked over 2 days per week, set specific working days can be discussed in interview.

Main duties of the job
No two days in our team are the same. In this role you will spilt your time working onsite in the office in Bath, so that you can meet clinical colleagues across the hospital, with opportunities to work flexibly from home. - Lead the RUHX internal grants process, ensuring all charitable expenditure is compliant and aligned to strategic priorities and donor intent.

- Build strong relationships with RUH teams to encourage and support high‑quality, high‑impact grant applications.

- Lead impact measurement and evaluation across all funded projects, producing clear and engaging reports for governance and donors.
- Monitor fund utilisation, project progress and risks, providing regular updates to senior leadership and the Charities Committee.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a House Unit Manager, Residential to join our Nursing and Quality Team. This role will require the successful candidate to be accountable, alongside a team of Clinical Leads and Deputy House Managers, for leading and managing a team of nursing and care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
You will be the lead professional responsible for coordinating the overall care and management of the children across a minimum of three Residential Houses and be the key contact for the family and multidisciplinary team.
You will provide clinical and operational leadership across all the Residential Houses providing highly specialised advice to nursing teams and wider professional colleagues as well as be involved in the strategic development of the residential services.

Role Requirements
· In collaboration with the Placement Managers, you will ensure care is appropriately planned and resourced, and you will ensure care is delivered in a safe manner at all times.
· You will be responsible for ensuring that the care in the Houses enables the children to access rehabilitation sessions, clinics, education and leisure activities as scheduled in their timetable.
· You will work as part of a leadership team comprising of a House Unit Manager, 4 x Deputy House Managers / Deputy Clinical Leads and 4 x Clinical Leads.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and continuous development of ClientEarth’s (CRM), overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring effective system performance.
- Oversee data management workflows across the External Affairs Department, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high data quality standards.

About Beyond the Streets
Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centered support, provide training for the third sector and statutory professionals, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience. Our holiday and weekend activities give parents and carers a break while providing participants a safe, welcoming space to have fun and receive the care they need. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.

Family days bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. The coordinator develops and facilitates activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.
Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
The roles are 30 hours per week, working Wednesday to Saturday. In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed.
It’s essential that applicants have their own car and are willing to drive a minibus (full training provided).

Unpaid carers often play a critical role in supporting people experiencing mental health challenges. This role strengthens that support by ensuring carers are recognised, informed and included wherever appropriate, helping to sustain safe caring arrangements and improve outcomes.
The postholder will provide one-to-one support, information and advocacy to carers connected to individuals accessing Barnsley Street services. Working in partnership with Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust and MhIST (Mental Health Support Team), the Bolton Listening Lounge is a collaborative approach to providing mental health and wellbeing support from late afternoon into the evening. It provides a safe space for people who are experiencing mental distress or who feel that they are going through a personal crisis. Our service staff will offer low level calming interventions and one to one support to identify the cause of the emotional distress and to put in place a plan including signposting and referring on to other organisations and services.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and understanding of Mental Health conditions and their impact on daily living and a strong track-record of working with individuals and their families to deliver positive outcomes. You will provide leadership to a small team of Support, Time and Recovery workers and demonstrate a commitment to a one team approach. You will have demonstrable experience of supporting staff or volunteers in their role and aptitude for managing professional relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To provide leadership, guidance, supervision and appraisal to a small team of STR workers and to work with the Service Manager and HR on any absence, conduct or performance issues as they arise.
2. To be committed to providing an integrated one team approach to people who use our service and to work as part of a team to provide support to people using the Listening Lounge
3. To support STR workers to develop good practice in service delivery, recording and risk management skills and to implement Quality Assurance activities to monitor practice.
4. To manage risk and safeguarding effectively, offering support and advice to staff and monitoring high risk cases, ensuring that escalation processes are appropriately and consistently applied, and updating the Service Manager and external agencies as required.
5. To support workers in delivering targeted work with individuals to plan their support and achieve the goals and outcomes that are important to them, and to work with the wider Listening Lounge team to support the development and implementation of an action plan to support the individual.
6. To actively promote the use of outcome tools and analyse relevant data to support the Service Manager in delivering on KPI’s as required. To produce outcomes focused reports which evidence achievement and to adhere to timeframes at all the times.
7. To be responsible for the Health and Safety of STR workers on a day-to-day basis, including ensuring local policies and procedures are adhered to.
8. To develop and maintain networks with other organisations and agencies in order to strengthen safe working practices for service users, in line with organisational and local policies and processes
9. To maintain accurate case records and up-to-date case files using the agreed case management and recording system (currently INFORM). To ensure information handling is compliant with GDPR law and FA policies and procedures.
10. To attend and when required to chair team meetings.
11. To make a commitment to regular supervision, including the ability to be responsive to critical challenge, advice, feedback and direction.
12. To have an understanding and to comply with, Family Action’s procedures for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
13. To deputise for the Service Manager as and when required.
