We’re looking for a Global Retention Executive to nurture and grow relationships with individual giving donors worldwide. In this role, you’ll help deliver inspiring, multi-channel fundraising and stewardship campaigns that show supporters the real impact of their generosity, and keep them connected to our mission for the long term.
Working closely with and reporting to the Global Retention Manager, and teams across fundraising, communications, supporter care, programs, and data, technology and insight, you’ll bring powerful stories to life through email, direct mail and digital journeys. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating meaningful supporter experiences that drive impact for animals who desperately need our help.

Role Responsibilities
Oversight of Spear Programme
Spear Foundation is a 4-week initial phase, consisting of 2 group sessions and a 1:1 with each trainee
per week, in which we coach young people around skills and mindsets to support them in returning to
work or education, and equip them with the skills to stay there.
- Lead group sessions of around 12 young people each, using coaching skills to transform attitudes to their own ability and the workplace, and to raise their awareness and maximise potential in stepping into the world of work.
- Prepare and coach group and 1-1 sessions with the Spear Coach.
- Ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed targets, and report KPIs on recruitment, retention and completion of Spear Trainees to Spear, as well as their ongoing progress and
sustainment of work or education.
Partnership liaison and relationship management
- Establish the primary local referral agencies and build and implement a strategy for developing relationships with them to ensure recruitment of young people onto the Spear programme is effective.
- Maintain and develop relationships with local partners to form a strong referral network.
Line Management and training
- Manage the Spear Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development.
- Be line managed by Spear to support with the set-up and ongoing operations of the centre and report back on KPIs.
Church Community
- The Spear Centre Manager is directly employed by Tabernacle Baptist Church, meaning you are part of a vibrant church team and immersed in an exciting faith community.
- You will be required to establish strong relationships with key people at the church to ensure the engagement and backing of church members, and help to establish a strong presence at the church to build a network of supporters for the Spear programme.
- Ensure the Spear programme is a key missional feature of the work of the church; this may involve attending church events and speaking at services.
Site Management and set-up
- Work with the Church to set up the training room and IT infrastructure for the new Spear Centre in advance of opening.
- Liaise with relevant staff locally for on-site issues and work to resolve them as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies.

The Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Data Insights & Evaluation Adviser to lead the development of a coherent, organisation-wide approach to data, evaluation, and learning across the Called Together programme. This role goes beyond routine data collection or dashboard creation – it’s about sense-making, judgement, and enabling learning to support parishes, deaneries, and diocesan teams in achieving sustainable impact.

About the Role
· You will provide leadership in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), ensuring data and evidence are used effectively to inform decisions and enhance mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Leading on data, insights, and evaluation across the Diocese to inform strategy and action
· Integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence from parishes, programmes, and external sources
· Translating complex data into clear, accessible insights and narratives

BIAS is a leading local Irish charity which has supported England’s largest community in Brent for over 45 years. We deliver our support across London through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-Friend volunteer scheme. This is an exciting new role in which you will proactively generate and grow fundraising income across all fundraising streams to enable us to continue supporting the most vulnerable members of the Irish community. You will support our fundraising strategy by contributing to digital communications and creative content across all channels, in cooperation with project delivery teams. The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will act as the day-to-day lead for our fundraising CRM. You will:
Drive Income Growth: Create high-quality supporter intelligence that maximise the success of our direct mail and digital campaigns.
Uncover Actionable Insights: Analyse supporter behaviour and campaign performance to provide the strategic recommendations that guide our fundraising team.
Master the CRM: Take full ownership of data imports, quality control, and GDPR compliance within our CRM (Donorfy) ecosystem.

- Excellent communication skills, able to connect with a diverse supporter base, demonstrating empathy, attentiveness to supporter needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in CRM or supporter management systems.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
What’s on Offer:
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 2 days a week hybrid working with a choice of local office, occasional team meetings in London

The Supporter Care Executive will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to supporters. Acting as a key point of contact, you will ensure that every supporter feels valued, informed and appreciated. You will handle a range of enquiries across phone, email and written correspondence, providing accurate information and resolving issues with warmth, professionalism and efficiency.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone either within a similar role or who comes from a customer facing background.

HorsePower, the Museum of The King’s Royal Hussars, is embarking on an ambitious transformation. We are developing a bold new “Museum of the Future” that will reinterpret over 300 years of regimental history through engaging, modern and interactive displays.
We are now seeking an experienced, motivated Fundraising Manager to play a pivotal role in raising £100,000 by mid-2027 to fund the redesign phase and to help establish strong, sustainable fundraising practice for the museum’s next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity for a fundraiser who wants real ownership, influence and the chance to make visible impact in a small but ambitious heritage organisation.
About HorsePower
Located at Peninsula Barracks, Winchester, HorsePower tells the story of The King’s Royal Hussars from 1715 to the present day, spanning India, Waterloo, the World Wars and modern conflict. The museum holds a fascinating collection and unique archives and is now launching a five-year strategic plan to become one of the most vibrant and accessible small military museums in the South of England.
The Role
This is a new role with scope to shape both strategy and delivery. You will lead on trusts, foundations, corporates and major donors, working closely with the Fundraising Trustee and Curator to:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of funding opportunities.
- Write compelling grant applications and major funding proposals.
- Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate supporters.
- Put in place effective fundraising systems, processes and reporting.
- Develop long-term relationships for future capital funding appeals.
You will be confident working independently, comfortable in a small organisation and motivated by building something with lasting value.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit current fundraising activity, supporters and data
- Research, develop and submit high-quality trust and foundation applications
- Identify and cultivate prospective major donors and corporate partners
- Support stewardship, recognition and donor communications
- Maintain accurate CRM records and GDPR-compliant processes
- Produce concise monthly progress reports for trustees
About you – Essential. You will bring:
- At least three years’ successful fundraising experience (trusts, foundations, major donors and/or corporate partnerships)
- A strong track record of securing significant gifts and grants, ideally within culture, heritage or the wider nonprofit sector
- Excellent written and numeracy skills and experience of crafting persuasive funding proposals
- Confidence building relationships with funders, trustees and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised working practices and strong attention to detail
Desirable - Experience in museums or heritage, an interest in military history, and a creative, entrepreneurial approach to income generation.
