Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the charity's major donor programme, managing a portfolio of HNWIs giving at the 5-figure+ level.
• Identify, qualify and cultivate new major donor prospects, managing a pipeline through proactive prospecting and existing wealth screening data.
• Develop and implement tailored cultivation and stewardship plans that deepen donor engagement and inspire long-term support.
• Prepare compelling funding proposals, personalised impact reports and donor communications.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for donor engagement and maximise philanthropic income.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in a philanthropy or major donor fundraising role, managing and securing gifts from HNWIs at the 4 or 5-figure level.
• Demonstrable success managing the full donor journey, from prospect research and pipeline development through to cultivation, solicitation and long-term stewardship.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and inspire supporters and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience producing funding proposals, donor reports and tailored communications.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A collaborative, self-motivated and relationship-focused fundraiser.

As our Puppy Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our assistance dog programmes by overseeing the development and welfare of puppies during the early stages of their training journey.  Working closely with volunteer Puppy Socialisers, Foster Carers, Trainers, and Colleagues, you will provide guidance, support, and training to ensure puppies receive the best possible start. You will be responsible for coordinating placements, monitoring their progress, maintaining accurate records and helping volunteers develop the skills and confidence needed to prepare our puppies for advanced assistance dog training. Previous experience of training dogs using reward-based methods and a full clean driving licence are essential for this job position.

Job Profile

This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at building a fairer global financial system. The post holder will have a solid understanding of contemporary global economic issues, including the global debt crisis, development finance and the workings of international multilateral organisations. Working closely with CAFOD’s overseas partners and within UK and global networks, this role will hold policy expertise on behalf of the organisation. This will involve developing policy positions and representing the organisation externally. The role will work closely with CAFOD’s government relations and campaigns colleagues to lobby decision-makers and mobilise supporters as part of our economic justice work. Sitting within the Advocacy, Policy & Campaigns team, the role is managed by the head of department.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the development and delivery of CAFOD’s global economic justice advocacy strategy

• Influencing UK, regional and global policy debates on the global debt crisis, and other economic justice issues

To support the delivery of the community-led violence reduction programme in Salford, working with young people, communities and VCSE partners in Little Hulton. 

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Unit worked with 10GM, other VCSE providers and local communities to co-design our approach to a community-led violence reduction programme. The programme is one of the Violence Reduction Unit’s flagship projects across Greater Manchester and is in line with the ambitions of the Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Strategy and Public Service Reform programme to involve communities to identify priorities, problem solve and direct investment and interventions accordingly. In Salford, the programme will be delivered within Little Hulton.

Hours: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week.

Days: To be confirmed (core hours are worked between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday).

Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract, subject to the successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.

About the role:

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our London & South East Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.

• Education to degree level or equivalent work experience in relevant areas.

Job Role: Floating Support Worker

Salary: £28,655 per year

About the Role:

As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting services where extra capacity is needed, working across different locations including B&NES, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and North Somerset. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work across supported housing and outreach services, with no two weeks looking the same.

You’ll work directly with people who have a range of support needs, building positive, professional relationships and providing person‑centred, trauma‑informed support. This includes offering practical help, promoting independence, and responding flexibly to individual circumstances in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is well organised, and can adapt to changing priorities and locations. You’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle and business insurance, and be comfortable working flexibly, with rotas provided two weeks in advance and occasional last‑minute changes handled considerately.

What you’ll be doing:

Give clients advice and information, providing an enabling service so that they can be signposted to, and access appropriate services.

Maintain client records, so they are accurate and fully updated at all times.

Ensure all clients are provided with high-quality person-centred services which takes a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.

Work collaboratively taking a multi-agency approach to safeguard clients.

What’s the job?
The Trading Support Assistant role is a full time, permanent post within the Trading Support Department. Your purpose will be to provide administrative support to the central billing team, working across several different teams, and getting relevant information from suppliers where required. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the trading support team and review product lines, inputting and checking information across multiple systems. This will involve taking in information from different sources and entering it into a variety of different systems, making attention to detail and logic crucial skills for success. You will also act as one of the points of contact within NUS’s relationship with students’ unions who are part of the purchasing consortium and with administrative service providers, such as Focus IT. Furthermore, you will act as one of the points of contact within NUS’s relationship with suppliers to ensure that relevant sustainability information is provided through the tender processes. You will report to the Central Billing Manager.

Other responsibilities include maintaining awareness of and acting within agreed processes and procedures for central billing and contract administration, undertaking all necessary duties and activities to deliver the role’s responsibilities, alerting the Central Billing Manager to any barriers encountered and contributing to the successful resolution of any issues. You will also be expected to actively engage in individual and team professional development activities, carry out responsibilities in a resource-efficient manner, and adhere to NUS policies and practices, actively supporting and promoting the NUS vision, mission and objectives.

Who you are
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate a comprehensive blend of experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes. Essential qualifications and experience for this position include A level equivalent experience and Microsoft Office Word and Excel experience. You must possess good IT knowledge, including Outlook, good data entry skills, and the ability to demonstrate good communication skills. The ability to work with little supervision is essential, as is being organised, logical, and analytical in all aspects of work. Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. · Be proficient in using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel and experience using IT systems to record and maintain beneficiary data.

This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.
