Head of HR
Looking to give back to the community or step into a meaningful part‑time role as you approach retirement? We’re Herefordshire Mind your local mental health charity with around 50 staff, and we’re seeking an experienced Head of HR to provide supportive, hands‑on guidance in just 8 hours per week.

About the Role

  • Lead HR advice for managers and the CEO
  • Oversee policies, recruitment, onboarding, and ER matters
  • Support wellbeing, culture and mental‑health‑informed practice
  • Hybrid, flexible working

About You

  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent HR experience
  • Confident, compassionate, and able to work independently
  • Passionate about making a positive community impact
