Every year we work with our partners worldwide to provide over one million brand-new books which support or establish libraries and communities where people would otherwise have few opportunities to read.

The Income and Engagement team at Book Aid International is made up of specialists, each with extensive expertise in their own area of fundraising and engagement. 

The Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager will lead Book Aid International's major donor and corporate income activities. You will identify and secure new funding, manage a portfolio of high-value relationships and deliver excellent stewardship to supporters. You will also line manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Executive.

This is an exciting time to join the charity in this newly shaped role, developed to support our 2027-2030 strategy. You will have a real chance to influence how major donors and companies support our work, building on the strong connections we already have. We're looking for someone who can spot opportunities, make the most of them and help us grow our income so that more people have the chance to discover the joy of reading.
