Brief role description:
The NST Client Advisor plays a key role in delivering the support centre function for the programme. Working closely with the Nova Support Team (NST), the Advisor provides initial advice, guidance, and assistance to Veterans who are at risk of contact with the Justice System or are involved in the Justice System.
This is a fixed term position for just about 2 years (end date to be confirmed at the offer stage).
Some of your principal responsibilities will include receiving and triaging referrals for veterans who are at risk of, or involved in, the justice system, making timely first contact and completing initial registrations, and providing accurate advice and guidance while maintaining detailed records on the case management system.
As a NST Client Advisor, you will need experience in guiding and supporting individuals, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while remaining highly organised and IT confident.
Ideally, you will also have an understanding of the justice system, experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems and a resilient and adaptable approach.

We are recruiting for an Employee Relations (ER) Manager to provide guidance and practical support across the charity in all employee relations matters. Supported by a HR Advisor and working closely with the HR Business Partnering team, you will direct the workflow, coach for performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality case management.
What does this role do?
As ER Manager, you'll:

To be successful in this role you'll have significant experience of working in employee relations, including managing complex or sensitive cases, with sound decision making based on in-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and equality legislation.
You'll be a people focused, credible and assertive subject matter expert with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, and experience of portraying complex issues and problem-solving initiatives in a ‘user friendly’ format.
You'll be skilled in training, coaching and developing HR and business stakeholders on ER matters, to share your knowledge and increase their capability, and you'll have experience of using and analysing data to inform and influence business decisions.
What does this team do?
The People directorate delivers a first-class service to the organisation and our 1,600 employees across the country. We work across all people related activities including resourcing, pay and benefits, payroll, learning and development and employee engagement as well as providing pragmatic and principled guidance on individual people issues.
The HR Business Partnering and Advisory Services team works closely with leadership and line managers across the organisation to provide tailored HR advice and guidance, identifying risks and opportunities in people activities and supporting with formal and informal employee relations cases.

Friends International (FI) is an evangelical mission agency dedicated to encouraging and equipping churches and Christian student groups to reach out to the approximately one million international students in the UK and Ireland. The Communications Officer plays a significant role in the support of the delivery of AmplifyChange’s communications strategy. They are key to ensuring that AmplifyChange’s key messages and brand are effectively implemented across all of our communications channels. The Communications Officer will report to and work closely with the Communications Manager and in partnership with other teams to support content development for multiple platforms (AmplifyChange’s main website and AmplifyChange Learn, in particular), social media management, and linking and learning opportunities.
The Communications Officer will have an appetite to creatively profile and showcase the work of AmplifyChange grantee partners and support knowledge sharing opportunities. While AmplifyChange has an established set of communications channels and methodologies to share our work and the work of our grantee partners, fresh ideas and perspectives are welcomed and encouraged. The Communications Officer will be comfortable working independently and taking initiative but there will be support available from the Communications Manager and other teams where required.
AmplifyChange is a bilingual fund, working in English and French. As this role centres on effective communications across our channels to all our grantees in Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions, a professional level of written French and comfort speaking the language is essential.
This role would be well suited to someone interested in pursuing a career in communications, content development and/or social media management, who has a strong interest in sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equality, and/or international development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Publications and campaigns
- With the Communications Manager, develop content calendars for the year in line with costed workplan
- Support in the creative development and execution of cause day campaigns – e.g., 16 Days to end Violence against Women, International Youth Day, etc.
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to develop blogs, impact reports and other external materials
- Support the development of Grantee Stories and case studies, working with grantee partners to identify and write stories of change
- Provide editing, drafting, and reviewing support for content in line with AmplifyChange’s tone of voice and language
- Support development of Annual Report and other donor reports, where needed
Digital and social media
- Manage the daily oversight of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, BlueSky, LinkedIn)
- Disseminate news and information about AmplifyChange, such as published reports and upcoming funding rounds, through social media channels and Circle (interactive grantee partner platform)
- Create and execute social media campaigns using tools like Canva, including developing and drafting content
Linking and learning
- Provide logistical support to AmplifyChange’s engagement in external events, both online and physical
- Provide support and creative input into the development of learning materials for AmplifyChange Learn, including written, visual and audio
- Work with grantee partners in the development of content for AmplifyChange Learn
- Support the assessment of learning needs for content development, including through analytics tools where useful
- Support dissemination of content through email management platform (Constant Contact)
- Update website data as needed
Support to other teams
- Work with Learning, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to identify and collect data to support website updates, reporting, and impact report development
- Work with Learning and Events Officer to support identification and development of potential learning materials and resources for AmplifyChange Learn and Circle platform
- Support Grants Management and Pamoja teams to identify stories of change and case studies from the overall AmplifyChange grants portfolio

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential:
- Strong copy-editing, proofing, verbal and written communications skills in English
- Demonstrable experience working with social media platforms and support tools (such as Canva) and creating content for these platforms
- Demonstrable experience with blogging, writing reports or articles aimed at communicating key messages, and/or storytelling
- Professional-level spoken and written French
- Values consistent with the mission of AmplifyChange, including pro-choice on abortion and pro-LGBTIQ rights
- Ability to work flexibly, prioritise tasks and requests from multiple diverse internal and external stakeholders

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a UK based, full time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, reporting to the Communications Manager. AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate on a hybrid working model. Requests for flexible working arrangements will be considered. The Patrons Manager will be responsible for both Individual and Corporate Patron relationships from prospecting to renewal, managing recruitment, stewardship and overseeing excellence in customer service via the Patrons Box Office. As a senior community fundraiser, you’ll will an important part of the team building Breast Cancer Now’s presence in Wales, with a particular focus on South Wales.
We’re looking for someone who is an experienced relationship builder, someone who can find and develop new supporters. You’ll need excellent local knowledge, and the enthusiasm to develop the local region.
The successful candidate will also be part of the team working on our large-scale project supporting and growing Asda Tickled Pink, our award-winning partnership with Asda and CoppaFeel! which has already raised over £100 million.

As this role is temporary maternity cover, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and get involved with multiple projects straight away. To be successful in this role you will:
