Summary
We're looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to play a key role in driving sustainable income growth through a portfolio of supporter fundraising products. This role sits at the heart of audience engagement and income generation, ensuring supporters have meaningful and effective ways to contribute to our mission. What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for leading and developing a portfolio of fundraising products, ensuring they continue to meet supporter needs while delivering strong and sustainable income performance. You'll monitor performance against agreed objectives, use data and analysis to inform decision-making, and evaluate results to identify future opportunities for growth. Working with a range of stakeholders, you'll help ensure fundraising products support wider organisational priorities and are positioned effectively for their target audiences. You'll also contribute to business planning and budgeting activities, oversee product-related income performance and ensure activity is delivered in line with relevant regulations, legislation and data requirements.

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. North London Hospice has been caring for local people since 1984, providing specialist palliative and end-of-life care to people with life-limiting illnesses across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, and increasingly within Camden and Islington. Our services are completely free of charge however it now costs more than £16m a year to run our charity. We rely on the generosity of our community through donations and our shops to make up the shortfall in funding.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Community and Events Manager, you will play a key role in growing income through community fundraising initiatives and delivering an exciting and expanding portfolio of events. This varied role combines creative promotion of fundraising opportunities, excellent supporter relationship management, and the planning and coordination of successful events. No two days will be the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Community Fundraising and Events
· Support the Community and Events Manager to develop and deliver a portfolio of community fundraising activities and fundraising events.
