About the Role

The Outreach and Insight team plays a key role in identifying emerging issues and trends in what matters most to students. We transform a wide range of data and information about our casework and the sector into insights and learning. We also play a central role in using this learning to develop and deliver specific and targeted outreach to providers, student representative bodies (SRBs) and students.

The Insight Analyst is responsible for conducting data and information gathering and analysis on a wide variety of topics related to this work.  You will be tasked with the creation and updating of Power BI reporting, dashboards and other data visualisation for internal use.

This important role involves collecting and analysing information from inside and outside the organisation with the purpose of generating insight to ensure that the overall outreach, engagement and communication strategies are evidence-based. 

Once the need for analysis of particular information is established, the Insight Analyst works to deliver this in an appropriate and comprehensible format. This role has responsibility for ensuring a very high level of accuracy and clarity, ensuring that colleagues can rely upon what is presented.

About You

You will have:

• Experience of conducting analysis of qualitative and quantitative data in an employment setting or in education
• Experience in drawing and presenting conclusions from multiple data sources, and from partial or unreliable data
• Understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion issues, particularly in carrying out analysis about customers’ personal characteristics
• Curiosity – to ask not just “how many?” or “what kind?” but also “why is that?”

Senior Major Gifts Manager

Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager

The Senior Early Diagnosis Programme Manager is a key role as we develop and evolve our early diagnosis programmes at Bowel Cancer UK. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the charity’s awareness and engagement programmes and the new Bowel Towns programme. This role will manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering programmes that improve cancer awareness, empower communities, and drive earlier diagnosis.

We’ve made substantial progress in recent years, with improvements and expansions to our delivery model and significant growth in our staff team. In Spring 2026, we will launch our refreshed organisational strategy, which will shape our work over the next three years and beyond. To support this growth, we are recruiting for a full time Director of People to help provide strategic people leadership to our growing team of staff and volunteers.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape and deliver our People and Culture strategy, ensuring an inclusive, values‑driven and high‑performing environment for our people. You will lead organisation‑wide strategic workforce planning, oversee the full employee lifecycle, and champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing and belonging. As a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will advise on all workforce matters, drive leadership development, and support our managers to build capability and confidence. You will ensure our HR, volunteering and people operations run smoothly and efficiently, modernising processes and maintaining compliance with employment law, safeguarding requirements and best practice. You will also provide strategic oversight of EDIB work, reward and recognition frameworks, and organisational risk, while leading a dedicated team covering HR, learning and development, and volunteering.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, strong knowledge of employment law, the ability to coach and influence senior leaders, and the capacity to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities effectively. You must be IT literate, with a good working knowledge of the commonly used Microsoft business tools, and be able to work independently. The role calls for a hands-on, collaborative, people‑centred leader with strong emotional intelligence, an inclusive and values‑driven mindset, and the ability to think strategically while remaining performance‑focused and learner‑centred.

This is a home-based role but may require occasional travel around the UK including overnight stays. This role is 5 days per week (35 hours) with working days/hours to be mutually agreed in line with business needs.

You will also contribute to the wider leadership of the charity, bringing ideas, insight, and collaboration to help Aerobility continue to grow safely and sustainably.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Team: Estate Management (Infrastructure)

As the Estate Supervisor, you will be key in supporting and organising land management and maintenance activities throughout the Yorkshire region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing our estate – carrying out and planning works on our Estate to ensure safety for path users and positive biodiversity management.
• Project management – planning projects and safe and costs effective delivery, including supervising contractors and involving teams from other areas.
• Line Management – line managing a Level 4 apprentice
• Estate development – contributing to route and estate plans and their implementation 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of outdoor work working in a small team and practically solving problems. 

A full clean driving licence is required as the role holder will be driving works vehicles and driver operated site plant as required. We note that this is a physically demanding role.
