Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and values-led leadership for Home-Start Norfolk, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, supports its families effectively and remains financially sustainable. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will lead the organisation’s strategy, people, services, partnerships, governance, income generation and volunteer strategy, while acting as an ambassador for the charity and its work.

Sands is the UK’s leading pregnancy and baby loss charity. We work to save babies’ lives and to ensure that anyone affected by pregnancy or baby loss receives the care and support they need.
We are looking for a compassionate, organised and collaborative Hospital Liaison Coordinator to support the delivery, embedding and sustainability of the National Bereavement Care Pathway in England.
This role will help strengthen Sands’ hospital liaison work by building, supporting and developing our network of Hospital Liaison Volunteers. Hospital Liaison Volunteers provide an important link between Sands, NHS services and local communities, helping hospital staff understand and access Sands’ support, training, resources and bereavement care guidance.

As our new Assertive Outreach and Transitions Worker, you’ll stand alongside women at this critical point, making sure a move away from rough sleeping feels possible, supported and led by their choices.
Working across the streets, community settings and our Women’s Recovery Service, you’ll begin building relationships with women before they move in. The Role:
We are seeking a Refugee Support Worker to provide compassionate, practical and trauma-informed support to refugees and asylum seekers accessing our services. The role combines one-to-one support, advocacy, community engagement, practical assistance and partnership working to help individuals rebuild their lives, develop independence, improve wellbeing and become active members of their community.
You will support individuals to access essential services, overcome barriers, build confidence and strengthen social connections. About the Role
As our Financial Controller, you'll lead the day-to-day financial operations of the charity, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and efficient processes that support our mission. About the team
The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships.

About this role
The Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who plays a key role in supporting donor engagement across all Impetus donors, enabling the team to provide best practice and high-quality donor stewardship and a platform for the renewal of key philanthropic gifts.
The Engagement function is responsible for pro bono and volunteering. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the volunteering programme, ensuring it delivers high-quality opportunities, contributes to agreed KPIs and evolves in line with the needs of funders and the organisation.
The postholder will account manage key relationships with mid-level supporters and internal stakeholders, working across teams to deliver meaningful and well-coordinated engagement opportunities.
