The Gloucestershire Infrastructure Collaborative is seeking an experienced freelance Convenor to support an exciting partnership of nine Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations working together to strengthen the sector's role within Gloucestershire's health and wellbeing system.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Analyst reporting to the Director of Impact & Research to join our team, to work across the organisation to support with providing insights to help inform our work and to report on our impact to funders.

This is a critical role as we grow our impact and research workstreams, to enable us to generate key insights, enhance reporting to our funders, conduct high quality research, and to support the development of an innovative and strategically vital framework for evaluating the impact of our work.

In your first six months, you will help improve our data preparation and aggregation and processes, contribute towards our annual report, support the full operationalisation of our impact measurement framework, and contribute to a major research project on the impact of a television series.

You will be a self-starter, confident in managing data collection processes, comfortable translating academic and audience research for lay audiences, and have an understanding of quantitative research methodologies. You may have a background in the screen industries, social sciences, or research agencies, have a drive to learn and a creative attitude towards creating new methodologies for research problems.

Key responsibilities

Role Purpose

Creates and produces distinctive visual content for Trussell, including photography, film, animation and short-form social content. Brings ideas from concept through filming, editing and delivery, helping supporters, partners and donors connect with our work and take action. Works hands-on across content creation and commissioning, alongside colleagues, food banks and external suppliers, to turn strong stories into impactful content for a range of audiences and channels.

This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work. As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes - together contributing to the fulfilment of our long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Key Responsibilities

· Create visual content
Creates, captures and edits high-quality photography, film, animation and short-form content that showcases Trussell and our food bank community. Takes ideas from brief through filming, edit and delivery, while commissioning specialist support where needed.

· Develop creative ideas and formats
Develops original visual ideas, compelling narratives and repeatable content formats for social media, web and supporter communications. Spots opportunities to make content more engaging, emotionally resonant and relevant for target audiences.

· Shape quality and bring the brand to life
Shapes edits and final assets with a strong visual eye, applying Trussell’s brand, tone, accessibility and channel needs. Balances consistency with fresh, audience-focused approaches that help content stand out.

· Lead creative projects and commissioning
Leads creative projects in house and with external suppliers, from concept, brief and storyboard through production, edit and delivery. Manages production schedules, budgets and approvals while protecting the quality and ambition of the creative work

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Manager with an excellent track record of securing national media coverage, building trusted relationships with journalists, and delivering impactful communications strategies. You will be confident managing reactive media activity in a fast-paced environment while also developing and delivering creative, evidence-led campaigns that engage diverse audiences and inspire action for nature.

This is a senior role with responsibility for leading and developing a small but talented national media team. You will bring experience of managing and supporting others, creating an inclusive and positive team culture where people feel valued, empowered and able to do their best work. Through coaching, guidance and constructive feedback, you will help colleagues develop their skills, grow in confidence, and achieve shared goals.

You will play a key role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality, high impact media activity. This will include overseeing the development and proofing of media materials, supporting story and campaign planning, creation and research, and contributing to the effective operation of a busy press office, including out of hours.

Axiom Maths is a maths education charity on a mission to help every child with the heart and head for maths realise the potential of their power - especially those whose potential is too often held back by disadvantage. We aim to change that by partnering with schools across England and Wales to run fully-funded in-school or online maths circles. About the role

This is an exciting chance to share your passion for maths, challenge young minds and nurture mathematical talent in your local community.

As a Maths Excellence Tutor, you will lead weekly extracurricular maths circles sessions with small groups of carefully selected high-attaining pupils at local schools. These aren't ordinary lessons. Axiom Maths is a taught enrichment programme that takes pupils beyond the school curriculum. Pupils tackle challenging and rewarding problems together, lose themselves in mathematical thinking, and leave each session a little more confident in who they are as mathematicians.

You will typically lead a minimum of 3 maths circles per week, where available. You will be working with our regional School Partnerships team who will support with the schools you are working in and keep you connected with what is happening across the region. Your schools will have a designated contact who will offer insights and guidance to help your maths circles thrive. You will be provided with training, introductory videos, and curriculum materials for every session, so you can focus on what matters: sparking curiosity and building the next generation of mathematicians.

There are no mandatory set hours, but the role is best suited to candidates available between 3:00pm-5pm on at least 3 weekdays. You can indicate any regular unavailability in your application.

Role Summary

Account Management & Stewardship

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners and selected trusts and foundations, delivering excellent relationship management, stewardship and reporting.

About The Role

From restoring nature and providing homes for wildlife to protecting communities from the devastating impact of flooding, wetlands are a powerful weapon in the fight against the climate crisis. And we’re looking for an experienced Media Manager who can secure impactful media coverage that tells the story of wetlands and inspires the public to take action to protect and restore them.

The Media Manager will have the opportunity to shape strategic media and PR activity across the organisation; engaging in the national conversation on wetlands, particularly in the context of the climate and nature crises. At a regional and local level, this role will support local Marketing teams to tell the stories of our 10 incredible wetland sites to their engaged membership and visitor base. This role is core to strengthening our reputation and building our profile as the UK’s wetland charity and making sure our messages reach diverse audiences.

About You

We are seeking an individual:

• With significant experience of planning and delivering strategic media activity across digital, broadcast and print platforms
• Experienced working in a busy Press Office environment, usually to tight deadlines
•  Able to identify communications and reputational risks, with the confidence to put forward considered mitigation plans for both proactive and reactive situations
• Confident writing for multiple channels to engage a range of target audiences
• With a track record of hands-on media expertise; managing reactive enquiries, writing position statements drafting press releases, arranging interviews and spotting opportunities within the news agenda
• Comfortable briefing senior leaders as spokespeople for interviews and responding to tricky issues
