Job description

We’re looking for an experienced debt adviser who wants to lead practice, develop colleagues, influence service delivery, and make a lasting difference for people facing financial hardship.

This is a senior, hands-on role that combines expert debt advice with practice leadership. As our lead debt specialist, you will manage a complex caseload while driving quality, supporting adviser development and helping shape the future of debt advice within a trusted local charity.

Working closely with colleagues and partners, you will influence service development and ensure that clients receive high-quality, compliant and person-centred support.

If you're an experienced debt adviser ready to influence practice, support colleagues and make a real difference in your community, we'd love to hear from you!
