About the role
The Legacy Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the legacy marketing programme, including strategy implementation, campaign execution, budget management and performance against KPIs. You will deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that help reach new audiences, as well as unlocking the great potential we have within our committed supporter base. You'll be skilled in delivering activity that acquires, converts, stewards and retains legacy supporters to ensure sustainable future income growth. About the Role

Working arrangements
This role is being recruited on a 12 month fixed-term basis because it has been created to support a temporary, time-limited increase in workload associated with preparations for the London Marathon 2027. The successful candidate will have significant experience in IPS, employment support or related services, together with proven experience leading and developing teams in a target-driven environment. They will possess strong coaching, performance management and decision-making skills, with the ability to monitor service quality, analyse performance data and implement improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective partnerships with mental health services, employers and external agencies. The candidate will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to promoting recovery-focused, strengths-based and person-centred approaches. Strong IT skills, an understanding of data protection and safeguarding requirements, and a genuine belief in the positive impact of employment on mental health and wellbeing are also required.

Responsibilities of our CRM Project Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
- Ensure robust project governance is in place, create, maintain and govern project documentation

Responsibilities of our Health and Safety Officer:
- Conduct in-person health & safety and fire risk assessments across centres and shops, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyse trends, and recommend preventative actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, assessments, and incidents in line with data protection requirements
- Work with colleagues across teams to implement remedial actions from inspections and audits
- Promote completion of H&S e-learning and identify additional training needs
- Build strong relationships with staff and volunteers to foster a positive safety culture
- Lead regional H&S Committee meetings and contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement of SHE practices

About the Health & Safety and Environment team:
The team manages most Health and Safety functions in-house and works closely with departments across Cats Protection. It includes a head of department, senior officer, environment and sustainability lead, administrator, and four regional officers covering the UK. The team supports retail outlets, Cat Centres, accident investigations, DSE, and branch volunteer enquiries.
What we’re looking for in our Health and Safety Officer:
-Lives in or around the South-West of England or South Wales
- NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) and membership of a relevant professional body
- Significant experience (3+ years post qualification) in a similar health & safety role, ideally in public sector, facilities, or charity setting
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and perform under pressure
- Organised, pragmatic, and professional with a flexible, positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Holds a full UK driving license and has access to a vehicle
