About the role
As Supporter Led Fundraising Lead, you will be responsible for delivering impact through the strategic development and management of supporter-led fundraising income streams, including UK and international challenge events, committed fundraisers and individual fundraising initiatives.
This is a key leadership role within the Community Fundraising & Engagement team, suited to someone already operating at manager level who is ready to step into a senior leadership position. You will lead and coach a multidisciplinary team, working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, data and communications to maximise income, engagement and lifetime value.
You will play a critical part in growing unrestricted income, strengthening supporter relationships and positioning Save the Children at the heart of local communities across the UK.
Importantly, this role offers real autonomy: there is no single blueprint for success. You will have the opportunity to shape and evolve supporter-led income streams, bring fresh thinking to challenge events and community fundraising, and put your own stamp on how we grow this portfolio.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the supporter-led fundraising squad, setting strategy and overseeing the planning and delivery of a portfolio of UK and international challenge events.
• Deliver ambitious fundraising targets by securing flexible income through high-quality events, stewardship and supporter experiences aligned to organisational impact goals.
• Identify and develop new supporter-led fundraising propositions to grow income, increase retention and build brand awareness across communities.
• Influence and collaborate with marketing, data and stakeholder teams to unlock new pipelines and opportunities for growth.
• Champion exceptional stewardship, equipping teams with the tools, insight and resources needed to build strong, lasting supporter relationships.
• Hold accountability for budgets, performance reporting, compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety across the supporter-led fundraising portfolio.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic graduate to join our central team as one of three Harris Experience Programme Leads. The Harris Experience is a cultural and academic programme for our most able students in the Harris Federation, aiming to support them in getting placed at top universities and degree apprenticeships. The name ‘Harris Experience’ incorporates all of the specific programmes below.
You will be based at the Harris Federation head office in Croydon; however, most of your time will be spent visiting our academies in and around London. You will work closely with the Head of Harris Experience and the other Harris Experience Lead on programme vision, strategy and management.
Specifically, the role is to jointly support our team in leading our various educational programmes: the Harris Experience (HE), the Harris Experience Advanced (HEA), the Harris Scholars (HS) and the Harris Scholars Advanced (HSA), which are already in place from Year 9 through to Year 13.
The HE programme spans three years for each cohort, from Year 9 to Year 11; the HEA programme spans two years for each cohort, from Year 12 to Year 13. These programmes aim to broaden the cultural and academic experiences of some of our brightest disadvantaged young secondary students in the federation, preparing them to apply to the UK’s top university destinations and apprenticeships.
You will also be supporting our Harris Scholars (HS) and Harris Scholars Advanced (HSA) programmes which are specialised Oxbridge/medicine programmes. The HS programme spans two years for each cohort from Year 10 to Year 11; the HSA programme spans two years for each cohort, from Years 12 to Year 13.
Educational innovation will be encouraged and will be strongly tied to overall programme goals.
This role is offered on a three-year fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the vision for the HE, HEA, HS and HSA programmes.
- Initial identification of suitable students for entry into HE for Year 9, HS for Year 10, and HEA/HSA for Year 12
- Visiting academies regularly to meet students and/or staff
- Building a relationship with and supporting/training the academies’ most able coordinators (MACs)
- Developing programme materials and disseminating good practice at the academies for the most able
- Planning and delivering the federation most able meetings
- Organising and delivering one to one and group sessions with HE and HEA students at academies
- Organising events for the HS and HSA students
- Support the HSA subject societies
- Liaising with academy principals and relevant staff
- Working closely with Oxbridge and medicine, dentistry, and veterinary science students and tracking outcomes
- Organising and delivering the mock interview programme
- Overseeing the Oxbridge, medicine and Russell Group/Sutton Trust 30 UCAS applications and tracking outcomes
- Leading on the guidance for university personal statements, training teachers and working directly with students
- Working on ad hoc Harris Experience events at academies for Years 7 and 8 most able students
- Using UCAS, Bromcom and federation/academy data to track student progress
- Organising and leading the key annual HE, HEA and HS and HSA events
- Managing the output of written, social and visual media to generate positive marketing of the HE, HEA, HS and HSA programmes, eg: bulletins, news articles
- Developing and maintaining university and career-related links with relevant organisations.
- Developing and updating the HE and HEA website.
- Working with federation careers advisers to support the aspirations and destinations of HE and HEA students

Introduction
Afield is a brand new charity responding to environmental injustice. We do this by working with communities to rewild disadvantaged urban neighbourhoods; and by supporting artists to undertake ecological research. This exciting and demanding role will be right at the heart of making everything happen!
Objectives
You will work alongside Afield’s two co-founders to define and run the urban wilding and arts grants programmes, including managing the cohort of grantees. We are looking for dynamism, energy and experience of grant management to help us launch the first round of grants and a support programme.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the two co-founders you will set up the arts research and wilding programmes. This will include launching and running opencall and selection processes, and the cohort support programmes. Once established you will lead subsequent programmes, and plan for future cohorts. You will be:

Taking responsibility for, and running, the arts grants grants and wilding programme (including involvement in the selection of grantees, continual learning and evaluation)

Main Duties
• Collaborate with staff across the organisation to champion, programme, plan, organise and deliver HOME’s Volunteer Programme.

• Oversee communications to all volunteers ensuring they have all information needed to succeed in their role, including sending a weekly newsletter and providing role briefing information.

Background
The Caerlow Trust (“the Trust”) is a family-led discretionary grant-making trust, governed by four trustees (the Board) that aims to alleviate poverty-related suffering in the United Kingdom.

The Grants Manager will join our small but expanding team at an exciting time, having an important part to play in turning this ambition into reality.
Role overview and purpose
The Grants Manager will provide a range of services that will be key to the Trust’s grant management cycle including research, assessment, database management and development, reporting and evaluation. They will be the key contact for a portfolio of grant applicants and recipients, to support them throughout their relationship with the Trust.
Key responsibilities
Grants Management:
· Managing a portfolio of grants throughout the entire grant cycle including assessment, award, support, monitoring and learning

Main purpose of the role
The Community Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Community is living the mission of L’Arche, by providing excellent and sustainable care and support services, support for spirituality, and engaging with our neighbours and the wider community around us.

The purpose of this role is to bring together two of FareShare South West’s (FSSW) most critical functions — community membership and food supply — to help transform our current impact, rescuing and sharing food for million more meals. The post holder will lead the development and implementation of both the membership and food strategies, ensuring our membership offer is responsive to community need, operational capacity and the changing landscape of surplus food.
This role is responsible for building and sustaining strong regional and national food partnerships, aligning supply with member demand, and ensuring food reaches the highest priority organisations. The post holder will lead and develop expert teams, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and drive service improvements, innovation and growth.
As a key member of the Wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the role ensures robust governance, accountability and performance across membership and food, contributing to
organisational strategy, financial sustainability and long-term impact for communities across the South West.
1) Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Provide visible, values-led leadership with clear accountability to the CEO and Board; ensuring teams are aligned behind a consistent culture and change agenda.

- Raise awareness of FSSW’s capability to redistribute surplus food and, with support from our communications team, position the organisation as the surplus food partner of choice in the region, leading on food campaigns, external activity, networks and events.
- Working with the Food Manager, maintain and grow local food partnerships across the South West to secure supply aligned with infrastructure, growth plans and community need—taking the lead on stewarding key suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
- Be accountable for food safety and compliance across the organisation, including product recalls, legislation changes, liaison with national partners and the Health and Safety consultant.
- Work closely with both the food and fundraising teams to develop and deliver a gleaning programme across the organisation.

About the Role
We're hiring a Night Recovery Worker to join our team in Bedfordshire and help deliver our new mental health step down service, opening in April 2026. This is an 11 bedded, community based mental health crisis and step down service offering short stay, trauma informed support and psychologically informed alternative to hospital admission and facilities, forming part of the wider Urgent and Emergency Care pathway.
The service supports people at risk of admission who can be safely supported in the community, helping them overcome personal barriers, achieve their goals and access a range of opportunities, including education, community involvement and skill development. In this role, you will provide person centred, psychologically informed support, contribute to rehabilitation and reintegration and ensure the safe and effective running of the night service. You will play a vital role in admission avoidance, flow and discharge, supporting residents to rebuild their lives while maintaining quality, consistency, and contractual outcomes within a trauma and psychologically informed environment.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Being the main point of contact for our residents, helping to create and update their support and risk plans; Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times

- Experience working with people with multiple and complex needs, ideally in mental health and residential setting

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Location: The role can be based in London, United Kingdom, Abuja, Nigeria or Kigali, Rwanda, subject to right to work eligibility in the respective countries.
UK hybrid working – a minimum of 40 % of working time is spent face-to-face (London office, external meetings or travel). 60/40 hybrid working at WaterAid means roughly three days wherever you work best and two days together in person.

About the Team
The Programme Operations team sits within WaterAid UK’s International Programmes Department (IPD), operating in 17 countries in Africa and Asia. The team is a diverse and motivated group of 14+ people made up of planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting (PMER), project design and management, and programme systems specialists. They support global operational excellence, PMER, risk management, donor compliance and performance assurance across WaterAid UK’s country and regional programmes. Working in partnership with regional and country leadership teams, the function provides technical oversight, systems development and operational support to strengthen programme delivery and organisational accountability.
About the Role
The Head of Programme Operations leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of WaterAid’s international programme operations framework. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across programme operations, business management, systems, risk and compliance.
Key responsibilities include overseeing IPD business management processes, supporting financial planning and performance reporting, acting as a delegated focal point for operational risk, and providing senior troubleshooting support on complex operational and management challenges.
The role works in close partnership with Programme Funding to ensure operational readiness for new donor opportunities and effective grant start-up and close-out. It also leads operational assurance processes, strengthens compliance with donor and organisational requirements, and supports capacity strengthening across regional and country teams.
In this role, you will:

To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in managing or overseeing large scale international programme operations in the INGO or development sector.
- Strong understanding of operational systems (finance, procurement, logistics, compliance) in multi country environments.
- Excellent relevant IT skills, primarily Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), but specifically relevant data systems that support high quality planning, monitoring and reporting.
- Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive organisational change collaboratively.
- Experience working in complex matrix structures across multiple cultures.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and systems thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of donor compliance and grant management processes.
- Working style that reflects WaterAid’s values of Respect, Accountability, Courage, Collaboration, Integrity and Innovation.
Desirable:
- Experience in WASH, public health or community development sectors.
- Experience working with restricted and unrestricted funding portfolios.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with WaterAid UK’s operating model and countries of operation.
