Scope of the role
You will manage and successfully deliver key events including the London Marathon, Great North Run and London Landmarks Half Marathon, as well as third party and DIY challenge fundraising. You’ll lead on supporter recruitment and stewardship to meet or exceed agreed targets, while keeping budgets, income and performance on track, as well as maintaining accurate supporter data. You’ll also support on the delivery of Community and Virtual challenge fundraising, including our flagship challenge, Walk in Her Name.
1)Support planning and delivery of the Events programme
i) Support recruitment, engagement and retention across our event portfolio including London Marathon, Great North Run, London Landmarks as well as third party and DIY challenges to meet or exceed agreed income and engagement targets, while keeping budgets, income and performance on track.
ii) Responsible for the OCA London Marathon team from sign-up to post-race including delivery of training and fundraising support, on the day cheer point and post-race celebration activities.
iii) Attend events as required.
iv) Support the team Manager to plan and deliver virtual challenges, including our flagship event, Walk in Her Name and Walk 100, working collaboratively across the team to maximise supporter experience and campaign performance.

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of MindOut's National Lottery Heritage Fund project, Speaking Our Minds: MindOut 25+ Years and LGBTQ Mental Health, an innovative 18-month heritage programme documenting, preserving and sharing over 25 years of LGBTQ mental health history.
Working with LGBTQ communities, volunteers, staff, former service users, heritage partners and community organisations, the postholder will oversee all aspects of project planning, delivery, evaluation and legacy. Main Tasks
Project Management
· Manage the set up and delivery of a new Speaking Our Minds project in a medium-size charity.

· Deliver a programme of public engagement activities and community events.

About the role
CoramBAAF’s membership is central to the organisation’s aims and activities. SRASAC is looking for an experienced clinical leader to take operational and clinical responsibility for our Adult Therapeutic Service, ensuring survivors receive safe, timely and high-quality trauma-informed support. Working under the Senior Management Team, you'll provide visible clinical leadership across the service acting as first point of contact for our Adult Therapeutic Practitioners on safeguarding, clinical dilemmas, case allocation and day-to-day operational challenges.

Your work will involve maintaining and monitoring our existing HCT peer projects across Surrey. This will involve providing support and supervision to existing staff, managing operational issues on a day-to-day basis and overseeing the management of local projects.
This post also involves regular liaison with external partners across the region, including key stakeholders and NHS colleagues at the Surrey Operational Delivery Network (ODN), alongside drug and alcohol services, hostels, outreach services etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Volunteer recruitment:
Identify opportunities and develop meaningful and impactful roles for service delivery, skilled and corporate volunteers
Promote volunteer opportunities through different channels and networks
Implement initiatives to diversify our volunteer base and reduce barriers to volunteering
Build relationships with community organisations, partners, education providers and local networks
Safely and efficiently onboard new volunteers
Volunteer management:
Develop and implement the volunteer management strategy
Act as first point of contact for volunteers

Monitor, report and analyse volunteer data and key metrics

You will have
