Role Purpose
Creates and produces distinctive visual content for Trussell, including photography, film, animation and short-form social content. Brings ideas from concept through filming, editing and delivery, helping supporters, partners and donors connect with our work and take action. Works hands-on across content creation and commissioning, alongside colleagues, food banks and external suppliers, to turn strong stories into impactful content for a range of audiences and channels.
This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work. Creates, captures and edits high-quality photography, film, animation and short-form content that showcases Trussell and our food bank community. Takes ideas from brief through filming, edit and delivery, while commissioning specialist support where needed.

Develops original visual ideas, compelling narratives and repeatable content formats for social media, web and supporter communications. Spots opportunities to make content more engaging, emotionally resonant and relevant for target audiences.
· Shape quality and bring the brand to life
Shapes edits and final assets with a strong visual eye, applying Trussell’s brand, tone, accessibility and channel needs. Balances consistency with fresh, audience-focused approaches that help content stand out.
· Lead creative projects and commissioning
Leads creative projects in house and with external suppliers, from concept, brief and storyboard through production, edit and delivery. Manages production schedules, budgets and approvals while protecting the quality and ambition of the creative work

About the role
This is a senior leader role which will lead the development and maintenance of the charity’s digital platforms and internal infrastructure, ensuring that we create the best possible experience for our users. This will include oversight of our internal IT systems: our Salesforce CRM, the Hub virtual learning environment for pupils, tutors and teachers on our programmes, and the Tutor Zone onboarding platform for our tutors. About the Role
Our team of experienced clinicians offer a range of specialist therapy interventions, to survivors of torture and organised violence, on an individual and group therapy basis. The interventions equip survivors with the resolve to deal with the physical and psychological impacts of their experiences. Throughout the rehabilitative journey, we closely monitor the impact of the interventions as it relates to each survivor using specifically designed Outcome Tools, which in turn assist in ensuring that the survivors receive the best treatment possible.
About You
To be successful in this role you must be qualified in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, (you will be trained to doctorate level or an equivalent vocational level 7). If you are nearing the completion of your training in either discipline, we would still love to hear from you. You must have knowledge of at least one evidence-based approach to trauma therapy including trauma focused CBT, NET and EMDR, sufficient to be able to deploy this model clinically and determine appropriate intervention pathways. It is also essential that you are registered to practice as a psychologist with HCPC. Due to the psychological trauma experienced by our clients you must have up to date knowledge of relevant mental health and safeguarding legislation. Your role will include offering supervision to trainees.

Finance & Board Administration
Financial Oversight: Manage invoice creation, process team expenses, have a good understanding of our overall budget, and pull monthly budget reports from Sage for budget holders.
Reporting: Prepare core financial reports for the board (budget vs. actuals, projections, cash flow charts) and support fundraising financial queries.

Our client is one of the world's oldest human rights organisations. For almost 200 years, it has worked to end slavery in all its forms, partnering with survivors, civil society, governments and businesses to influence laws, policy and practice that create lasting systemic change.
As our client enters an exciting new chapter, they are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the organisation through its next phase of impact.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an internationally respected organisation at a pivotal point in its journey. With a renewed strategic direction, a committed Board and an experienced senior leadership team, the successful candidate will build on strong foundations to strengthen organisational capability, foster a high-performing culture and maximise the organisation's impact in an increasingly complex global environment.
Working closely with the Board, staff, partners and supporters, you will provide strategic, financial and organisational leadership while acting as a compelling ambassador for the organisation. You will build trusted relationships across government, philanthropy, civil society and business, ensuring the organisation continues to influence policy, practice and public understanding of modern slavery.
We are interested in hearing from leaders who bring:
• Significant executive leadership experience, with responsibility for organisational strategy, people, finance and fundraising.
• A track record of leading organisational development, building high-performing teams and leading positive cultural change.
• The ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders and represent an organisation with credibility and impact.
• Experience of securing sustainable income and developing strong funding partnerships.
• Strong financial and strategic judgement, balancing long-term ambition with effective operational delivery.
• A commitment to the organisation's mission and the leadership qualities to inspire people, build confidence and deliver lasting impact.
