We have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor in our Estates team at St Joseph’s Hospice. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing and supporting the implementation of health and safety across an organisation. There will be a wide range of responsibilities, from policy to the operational level. Activities range from office and shop-based staff to health workers, outreach workers, and a small maintenance team.

Summary of the Role

STOP THE TRAFFIK prevents vulnerable communities from being recruited, trafficked, and exploited. Our targeted prevention work disrupts the criminal business of human trafficking, making it too high-risk and low-profit to be viable.

This role will lead on our work to prevent recruitment of vulnerable people, overseeing our global prevention programmes that reach high-risk communities with lifesaving information, typically via social media (through partnership with companies like Meta & TikTok). It will also lead on our data gathering initiatives, and on the development of our new product, the Safety Centre.

The Head of Prevention is responsible for ensuring our programmes are high quality, effective, leading on safeguarding as well as monitoring and reporting impact to drive future funding.

Summary of Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:

· Manage a multi-disciplinary team that works together to deliver prevention programmes, bring in partner data for our Traffik Analysis Hub, and develop software and data tools for vulnerable communities.

· With support from the Director of Intelligence and Prevention, oversee the flow of intelligence resulting from prevention programmes, including the safeguarding of individuals at risk.

· Manage relationships with funders and partners.

· Manage data experts focused on bringing in high quality data to our Traffik Analysis Hub and leverage those insights to build effective prevention programmes.

· Work within the Senior Leadership Team to ensure organisational strategic focus against annual impact and income targets.

· Work alongside the Development Team to deliver funding bids and pitches for further prevention programmes.

Programme Delivery & Product Oversight:

· Oversee all prevention programmes to ensure we reach the right audience based on intelligence with effective messaging.

· Oversee all intelligence collection and safeguarding while key campaigns are live, providing a trauma-informed and person-centred approach.

· Monitor, capture, and communicate the impact of prevention programmes to evidence our methodology, and drive further funding.

· Improve and innovate our programmes to scale, overseeing the build of our new Safety Centre, a 24/7 platform leveraging AI to provide round-the-clock prevention, supporting our Full Stack Developer and supported by our senior solutions architect.

· Monitor and review social media performance for prevention campaigns and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.

· Support the Data Engagement Manager to build and maintain relationships to effectively source data for our Traffik Analysis Hub.

· Capture and articulate use cases for the TA Hub to support marketing and partner engagement.

This is a fundraising role where travel is expected to partner locations for meetings and events. On average, you’ll spend at least one day per week in the office, with around one additional partner‑site visit each week. Summary of the role:

The Community Fundraising Assistant (Ramadan Campaign) plays a crucial role during Ramadan. The role provides critical support in fundraising collections and events.  The role will involve working occasional unsociable hours (weekends and evenings) and national travel, sometimes at short notice, during the Ramadan period to maximise our income generating opportunities.

About the Role:

1. The main responsibilities of the role are lister below.  Other tasks may be assigned on an ad hoc basis in support of our Ramadan fundraising activities.
2. Attend mosques and Islamic institutions to collect donations and pledges in response to Muslim Aid’s appeals, supporting mosque collections through fundraising, data capture, and donor engagement.
3. Set up and break down fundraising events, assisting with event setup, registration, and coordination across multiple venues.
4. Provide administrative and logistical assistance before, during, and after events to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
5. Assist in the logistical coordination of Muslim Aid’s Live Appeals, helping to ensure all operational and support activities run effectively.
6. Support and assist volunteers in running and managing fundraising activities, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience for supporters.

We are looking for a Partnerships Engagement Officer to join us at this exciting stage in Settle’s development. Over the next few years, we aim to significantly grow the number of young people we are working with while maintaining the quality and impact of our programme. The Partnerships Engagement Officer will join the Business Development Team, reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager. You will be integral to helping us to grow our reach so that we can work with more care-experienced young people across London. 

The successful candidate will nurture and strengthen our existing partnerships to maximise referral numbers. The core of the role will be to build strong formal and informal relationships with partners and increase awareness and a deeper understanding of Settle’s work. Supporter care, stewardship and engagement

• Recruit, manage and support guests attending Back Up’s high-profile special events, delivering a seamless and memorable experience from invitation to follow-up.
• Work closely with the Partnerships Team to engage, steward and strengthen relationships with corporate partners and sponsors connected to special events.

Join Dementia UK as a Policy Officer where you will play a crucial role in driving our long-term policy and influencing strategy in alignment with our 2025-30 strategic plan. As a member of our dedicated Policy, Campaigns, and Public Affairs division, you will lead and shape areas of public policy that affect the quality of healthcare delivered for people living dementia and their carers.

Ataxia UK is in an exciting phase of expansion in its Fundraising activity, specifically regarding investment in a Philanthropy function with a dedicated member of staff. In the past, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) have been managed reactively by the CEO and other Fundraising staff as opportunities have arisen. Ataxia UK (AUK) now wants to make a step change, in response to identified potential within the current fundraising landscape, towards strategic management of a pipeline of HNWI. About Access

Access - The Foundation for Social Investment works to ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact. Access is currently implementing a new CRM and Grant Management System (Salesforce-based, delivered by implementation partner Vera) to support its programmes, partner relationships, and reporting needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system is delivered well and that Access is ready to operate it confidently at go-live.

Position Overview

Access is seeking a Salesforce Implementation & Delivery Manager on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of its Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management System.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will combine:

• strong project coordination and delivery management,
• hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, and
• practical change management capability to help staff adapt to new systems and ways of working.

As Access does not have Salesforce expertise in-house, this role will act as a key internal point of reference, helping to review and sense-check design decisions, manage delivery risks, and ensure that the system being built is usable, well understood, and ready for go-live.

This is not a developer or Salesforce Administrator role, but it does require strong Salesforce CRM experience, alongside proven ability to support users through change, structure complex projects, and keep delivery on track. The role will continue through early post–go live to support transition into business-as-usual and handover to the incoming System Administrator.
