This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gateway Assessor to be fast tracked through the full Citizens Advice Generalist Adviser training programme within 6 months. You will also be working on a range of different projects and services providing direct advice to the public and undertaking casework on social welfare law issues.
Once assessed as having satisfactorily completed the initial six months training you will be issued with a new job description as a Generalist Advice Caseworker on a starting salary of £35,689 per annum.

About the role
Saferworld is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager for Asia and MENA to provide senior financial leadership, technical support and practical oversight across the region.

Key responsibilities
The Regional Finance Manager will:
- Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across country offices

About you

- Experience supporting or overseeing finance functions across country offices
- Experience working with national and local civil society organisations, particularly in complex or restricted environments
- A good understanding of internal controls, statutory reporting, audit readiness, risk management and financial governance
- Strong financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across different countries
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively with finance and non finance colleagues

The CHWS opened in 2022 with the aim of providing advice, information, and specialist support to Croydon residents with mental health concerns, who drop-in, or have been referred to the via the local Integrated Care Network Plus multi-disciplinary clinical and community mental health support teams.
The Advice Workers will be part of a friendly team, including crisis workers and clinical mental health professionals and function as the first point of access for visitors to the CHWS. Following an initial conversation to ascertain the clients’ needs, the Advice Workers will provide information and advice, as well as signposting and referrals to specialist services, such as the Mental Health Personal Independence Co-ordinators, Social Prescribers and Community Link Workers, in addition to the wider voluntary and statutory services in the borough. About the role
As HR/People Officer, you will provide high-quality, accurate support across the full employee/volunteer lifecycle, while also contributing to employee and volunteering relations, and continuous improvement of our People & Culture services. Employee Lifecycle
- Deliver a high-quality, confidential and customer-focused People service from recruitment through to leaving.

The Head of Partnerships will play a key role in managing Inter Mediate's relationships with institutional donors, foundations, governments and philanthropic partners. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role is a fixed term role until 6th August 2027
The role will be prison-based. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the Community Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering an ambitious community and events fundraising programme that generates sustainable income, builds long-term supporter relationships, and increases awareness of the charity’s fantastic work.
The role will lead the development of community fundraising, supporting and inspiring individuals, families, schools, volunteers, and local groups and companies to fundraise for the charity. In addition, you will manage a portfolio of challenge and special events, ensuring excellent supporter experiences and strong financial returns.
This is a relationship-driven role that requires a proactive and innovative Fundraising Manager with strong project management skills, experience of supporter-led fundraising, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships across diverse audiences.
