  • Handle complaints professionally and build positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
  • Develop links with local churches and community groups.
  • Uphold our Christian ethos through your leadership and example.

What will you bring?

  • Management experience in a residential care home or similar setting.
  • A Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for older people and high-quality, person-centred care.
  • IT skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
  • A commitment to our evangelical Christian faith and values.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to combine your professional expertise with work that has real purpose, leading a team and making a lasting difference to the lives of older people.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Salary of £49,000–£52,000 per annum.
  • Relocation support
  • Training and professional development opportunities.
  • Ongoing support from management.
  • Perkbox benefits, including an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Medicash health benefits.
  • Care Friends employee referral scheme.
  • Long-service and birthday rewards.
  • Life assurance.
  • Pension scheme.

Hours of work

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend, bank holiday and on-call cover as required.

Ready to make a difference?

If you’re an experienced care leader who wants to lead with compassion, strengthen a Christian community and help older people enjoy the best possible quality of life, we’d love to hear from you.
