The Sutton Trust is the UK’s leading social mobility charity. Our programmes help young people from less advantaged backgrounds access highly competitive universities, apprenticeships and careers and our research shapes national policy. Each year, working with our university and employer partners, we support thousands of young people through our programmes and continue that support through our alumni community.

Sutton Trust Online was developed to extend that support digitally. It now complements our university, apprenticeship and career access programmes through online guidance, resources, events, tools and progression support.

As the Trust approaches its 30th anniversary, we want to build on this foundation and think carefully about the next stage of our digital programming: how we make the student experience more coherent, how digital support connects with our wider programmes and how we use data, AI and external partners responsibly to improve guidance over time.

Over the next two years, the Digital Platform Architect will help us define and deliver that next stage. The role will sit between the Trust’s programme ambitions and the technical partners who help support them, bringing the product judgement, technical literacy and delivery grip we need to make informed decisions about digital development, AI, data, systems and student experience.

This is not a traditional programme management role and it is not a hands-on engineering role. You do not need to be a full-stack developer but you will need the confidence to work with engineers, UX specialists, AI partners and suppliers and the ability to turn complex programme ideas into practical product decisions.

This is a chance to shape student-facing digital programming used by thousands of young people each year at a point when AI is changing how students access guidance, information and opportunity. Terms of Appointment

• Contract: Full-time, fixed-term two-year contract
• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Working location: Minimum of 2 office days per week
• Office location: The Sutton Trust, 9th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP. Our home working policy gives staff the option to work from home for up to 60% of the time, with approval from their line manager.
• Hours: The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and may also be required to attend events/meetings outside of their normal working hours during weekday evenings and occasionally at weekends, in line with organisational policies

About you and the role

The School Food Project is an ambitious coalition-led initiative dedicated to transforming the school food system. To achieve this, we are deploying three distinct school engagement models: Beacon schools (intensive, in-person, deep-impact sites), Explorer schools (hybrid training and peer learning), and Discovery schools (online only support).

We are seeking an exceptional School Food Project Coordinator to serve as the operational engine room and central connective tissue of this project. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager for the School Food Project, this role will be responsible for ownership of all school-level coordination.

As the primary point of contact for all participating schools, you will bridge the gap between the school and the individual coalition’s delivery leads. You will be responsible for nurturing school relationships, maintaining seamless communication across all delivery partners, and ensuring that vital monitoring, evaluation, and impact data flows smoothly from the schools to our evaluation team.

Key responsibilities

School Coordination & Relationship Management

• Responsible for being the day-to-day first point of contact for all Beacon, Explore, and Discovery schools, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued.

• Responsible for the induction and onboarding of schools across the Project.

• Conduct regular, proactive site visits to schools, to build strong, empathetic relationships with school leadership, kitchen staff, and project leads. Initially across London and the North West, scaling nationally year on year.

• Use school visits to monitor delivery quality, identify localised operational challenges, and escalate potential issues to the Programme Manager before they impact delivery.

Coalition & Stakeholder Liaison

• Serve as the central touchpoint and coordinator between the delivery leads of each program across the different organisations within our coalition.

• Ensure that all partner organisations are kept fully up to date with real-time, accurate on-the-ground information and feedback from the participating schools.

• Help facilitate communication loops, ensuring action items involving schools are clearly communicated and executed by the relevant coalition partners.

Data Capture & Impact Reporting

• Take ownership of ensuring that required data points, surveys, and metrics are accurately captured within each school according to project timelines, including conducting school audits for Beacon schools where required.

• Package, organise, and report school-level data back to the Monitoring and Evaluation team to help track project success and iterate delivery models.

Insight & Communication Support

• Keep an eye out for exceptional success stories, milestone achievements, and inspiring moments during school visits.

• Act as a conduit for the internal Communications team by passing along these notes, updates, and on-the-ground insights to celebrate the project's impact.

Essential skills & experience

• Exceptional Project Coordination: A proven track record of managing moving parts, timelines, and logistics across multiple sites or projects simultaneously.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will ensure our CRM remains effective, compliant and fit for purpose while helping us better understand and engage our supporters. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to raise funds and support our life-saving mission.

This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. About You

Essential

• Proven experience managing CRM systems in a charity or fundraising context and being comfortable working with large datasets.

• Experience with data segmentation, ETL processes, transformation and import / export processes.

• Strong understanding of data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR).

• Understanding of Gift Aid regulations and charity fundraising compliance.

This is a pivotal role, at a pivotal moment for us. We are entering a critical growth phase, which includes rapidly expanding our own operations and managing significant external partnership. As Head of Finance & Systems, you will be accountable for ensuring we have the right systems and structures in place to grow at pace without detriment to good governance.

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional with an interest in effectively using technology and systems to drive efficiency, without compromising on accuracy or compliance. 

You will oversee all financial administration, ensuring this is carried out proficiently and in line with all legal and regulatory requirements, including ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all statutory filings are made accurately and on time. • Developing a comprehensive financial strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities.

Essential Skills & experience:

• Charity Finance Experience: Practical, senior-level experience working within a UK non-profit finance function, including a strong working knowledge of the Charities SORP and accounting for restricted vs. unrestricted funds.

• Hands-on Management Accounting: Proven experience independently producing monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis from scratch.

• End-to-End Audit Management: Experience preparing year-end audit files, reconciling balance sheet control accounts, and acts as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

• Accountancy Qualification: Full or partial qualification through an accredited body (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA). 

• Tech Literacy & Data Reconciliation: Comfortable troubleshooting and navigating modern finance tech stacks (e.g., Xero, Pleo) and pulling financial data/reports from a CRM system (e.g., Beacon).

• Vendor & Staff Management: Experience supervising junior staff (or office managers) and actively managing the performance, timelines, and accuracy of outsourced providers (e.g., bookkeeping and payroll).

Desirable skills & experience

• Systems Implementation: Past experience project-managing a software migration or building native integrations/automations between a CRM system and accounting software.

• Broader Operations/HR Exposure: Basic familiarity with HR administration, GDPR workflows, or managing organizational risk registers in a small team environment.

THE ROLE

The postholder will support the Prevention Coordinator to ensure events are delivered safely and effectively.

They will offer information, advice and guidance to people facing issues that are currently or may soon affect their housing security — delivering swift, impactful interventions that help reduce the risk of homelessness, and advocating and mediating on clients' behalf as they navigate complex bureaucratic systems. This role involves building meaningful relationships with some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, connecting them with the Welfare Benefits, Housing Allocations, Citizens Advice, mental health and substance misuse support they need and deserve.

The postholder will work closely with a wide range of partners, including homelessness service providers, local authorities, and healthcare and wellbeing organisations. They will carry a varied caseload, conducting assessments and working creatively to navigate the complex and challenging issues that can lead to clients becoming homeless, supporting them to engage with services. Working closely with SPEAR's Homeless Health Link Team, they will support colleagues with client-facing work and carry a caseload of clients requiring homelessness prevention support.

This role will be spread across 4 days per week.

THE ROLE

You'll deliver accessible homelessness prevention support in community settings across Kingston Upon Thames — helping people connect with services and support before they reach crisis point.

You'll build and strengthen partnerships with a wide range of local agencies, including the Housing Allocations team, CAB, food/energy poverty and debt management charities, legal advice, employment support, and community inclusion groups. You'll bring these services together at around 20 events a year, creating informal, welcoming spaces where clients can engage with the support on offer.

You'll also provide direct information, advice and guidance to around 100 clients a year, delivering swift, impactful interventions that reduce homelessness risk — advocating and mediating on their behalf as they navigate complex systems.

We are seeking a Housing Officer to join our professional yet friendly team based in Bethnal Green, East London. The Housing Officer is key in delivering a housing tenancy service including income management, allocations and voids management, anti-social behavior, tenancy engagement to all our residents

As part of your role, you will have a patch of around 250-300 properties. You will be expected to represent PRHA in court and external meetings and be a key point of liaison for our residents and community stakeholders.

Job Summary

Advance’s Minerva service works with women involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.

The Minerva Diversion programme began as a two-year pilot programme launched in July 2019 and funded by MOPAC (Mayor’s Office for Policing & Crime). The aim was to drive multi-agency working between the police, Voluntary Community Sector (VCS) service providers and other statutory partners and was part of a wider programme of work to develop a whole system approach to identifying and addressing the needs of women involved in the criminal justice system in London. The Diversion programme integrates a short-term, holistic package of support for women with an out of court disposal, to improve outcomes for the woman and offer officers and the Crown Prosecution Service a robust alternative pathway other than prosecution through the courts.

The Keyworker will aim to divert women from the traditional criminal justice process, motivating them to engage in positive community activity to allow them to leave safer lives, free of crime through a range on in-reach and community-based options. You will advocate in the custody suite for police to caution women instead of charging them and coordinate appropriate community interventions to enable the woman to meet the objectives set out in their tailored Support Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an in-reach service to women in the custody suite, advocating for the police to caution women instead of charging them.

• Conduct an initial rapid assessment of women’s needs and develop an Individual Support Plan for clients given an out of court disposal, that seeks to address their mental, physical, and sexual health, housing, substance misuse, relationship, education/training/employment, parenting, financial and cultural needs, and provide signposting and referrals in line with this plan.

• Meet women as required face-to-face, providing emotional and practical support, aiming to reduce re-offending and encourage desistance for the women.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all partner agencies including the Metropolitan Police Service, Health, Housing and Local Authority, and work appropriately within MARAC and Safeguarding Adults and Children frameworks to identify and manage risk.

About You:

To be successful as Diversion Keyworker you will have an in-depth knowledge of issues facing women offenders and those at risk of offending; both in and out of the criminal justice system and the ability to see how violence against women and girls interlinks to women in the criminal justice system.

In short, you will have: -

You will bring proven practice of working with women experiencing issues related to offending (e.g. homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse, mental health or other relevant work area) preferably within criminal justice setting. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of conducting needs and risk assessments and of risk management crisis management skills and an ability to cope in stressful situations. You will show forth your ability to manage a caseload and a top-quality skill set with prioritising and organising your own workload.

You will be a self-starter uniquely able to undertake working independently and at times be managed remotely. The Project

The Minerva London service provides holistic, trauma-informed support for women in touch with the Criminal Justice System, through dedicated one to one support, safer women’s centre spaces and specialist interventions and partnerships.

The Role

Working as a Women Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of the Minerva London service in your designated region of London, including leading on activities and supporting the Women’s Centre and partnerships. As the Minerva Women Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for enhancing the offer to women referred into the Minerva service by supporting them to engage with their local women’s centre provision. You will be based at your regional women’s centre five days a week, as the first point of contact for women entering the centre space or contacting the service via the centre helpline. As the Women Centre Coordinator you will create and deliver a relevant and lively activities programme for women to attend, in partnership with Minerva’s specialist delivery partners.

An integral part of the Women Centre Coordinator role will include, delivering planned monthly calendar of events and sessions, working in collaboration with the North and East Women Centre Coordinators.

This role with involve safeguarding and risk management for all activities taking place within your centre.

About You

In order to be successful in this role you will have previous experience of office management and administration roles, great interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong interest in supporting women in the criminal justice system. Ideally you will bring knowledge of issues that face offenders and those at risk of offending, and experience of working with women experiencing issues related to offending such as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence or mental health.

Wandle Housing Association is looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Business Support Administrator to join our Health, Safety & Facilities team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a professional first impression while providing vital administrative and facilities support to colleagues across the organisation.

This role would suit someone with reception, front of house, concierge or customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment.

What You'll Be Doing
