Our client provides retirement services to those who serve or work for the church. Both a regulated pension fund and registered charity, more than 44,000 people rely on them for their pensions. The board also supports 2,500 retired clergy with housing, including managing a national portfolio of 1,200 rented homes and Community Living options.
Supported by a multi-million pound grant from the wider church, they are setting up a new function responsible for engaging with clergy at all stages of life and ministry on their current and future plans, offering access to grants to kick-start saving, bespoke advice at key life stages and tailored products that will provide people more choice about their future. As part of this new function, they are now recruiting for a proactive, empathetic Regional Adviser to deliver personalised support to clergy based across the South West region, helping them with day-to-day financial wellbeing matters, and retirement planning.
Working across Dioceses operating across the South West, you will proactively lead local engagement with clergy through structured, personalised one-to-one conversations, events and outreach, helping to connect individuals with expert advice, guidance, products and services that support their current and future financial plans. As a key point of contact for individuals and dioceses in your region, you’ll champion the needs and experiences of clergy, helping to build confidence about what the future might hold, and connecting people to the right information, products, specialists or local support. Role Summary

The prospect research manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and delivering the prospect research strategy, and will lead the prospect research team and line manage two part-time prospect research officers and a part-time prospect research assistant. They will also play a leading role in fundraising data processes within the team and further developing the CRM functionalities with a strong focus on data and insight to guide team activity. About this key role
Holding a caseload of up to 12 clients at any one time, our successful candidate will provide a client-led holistic support service that responds to individual’s needs, including supporting with housing, finances, benefits work and debt advice, parenting, health, ETE and criminal justice, and appearing in court.
