We are seeking an Events Manager to lead UnLtd’s event portfolio while our current Events Manager is on maternity leave. This person will be responsible for leading, coordinating and delivering the event plan in line with the organisational strategy. We are looking for a confident event specialist who will be able to support our frontline team to deliver a schedule of events for social entrepreneurs and UnLtd’s wider network.

You will be flexible in your approach and confident managing the whole process from planning through to delivery and event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of, and at times leading, a cross-functional team. This role will suit you if you are patient and keep calm when things don’t go to plan, or when you don’t have all the answers you need. You’ll fall back on your meticulous organisation skills to ensure that UnLtd events are produced efficiently, fulfil their purpose, and are executed to the highest level.

This role may include some travel within the UK and evening work; however, we operate a TOIL system.

Making The Leap seeks to appoint a dynamic Educational Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in securing, growing, and nurturing partnerships with schools across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Educational Partnerships, the successful candidate will drive engagement with schools, teachers, and senior leaders to expand the reach and impact of Making The Leap’s programmes. This role focuses on building strong, strategic relationships with education providers while maintaining links with community organisations, colleges, universities, and corporate partners to promote MTL’s services and mission.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Programmes to co-lead Symphony Collective alongside the Founder & CEO.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an operational and delivery partner who will:

• Develop and implement our cross-pillar delivery strategy

About this role:

This role is a new position beginning in April 2026, as part of the new Croydon Mental Health Partnership pilot programme (MHP) led by Croydon Voluntary Action. The MHP is part of the Building Brighter Futures (BBF) initiative funded by the Maudsley Charity. Reaching Higher is one of the BBF consortium members.

Main purpose of this role:

The Co-ordinator will provide early, relational, trauma-informed interventions for young people (15–19) presenting with mild–moderate emotional wellbeing, mental health, and social needs.

This role will deliver timely engagement (contact within 72 hours), needs-based assessments, short-term support, and warm handovers into the most appropriate pathway across the BBF consortium, avoiding duplication and repeated storytelling. The role is central to the front-door and allocations model, ensuring young people receive the right support, at the right time, from the right organisation.

About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Team: Fundraising and Supporter Engagement / Strategy and Engagement 

As the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will help the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust build strong, meaningful partnerships with organisations. Your work will focus on researching new opportunities, planning how to grow partnerships, and developing approaches that support both short term and long term income for the charity. 

A key part of the role is building and maintaining relationships. You will do this through clear communication, regular updates, and supportive stewardship. You will also write engaging and easy to understand partnership proposals that show how organisations can benefit from working with the Trust, while also helping to advance our mission.

• Developing a new business strategy that increases sponsorship income from corporate partners.
• Creating partnership offers that provide value to both sides. These should attract companies that share our values and can support our projects, products, and programmes.
• Securing new sponsorship and significantly grow income by developing clear and persuasive proposals. This includes shaping each proposal through regular engagement with corporate contacts and coordinating input from multiple teams to produce strong, evidence-based submissions.
• Providing excellent stewardship to all partners. This includes personalised communication, meaningful recognition, tailored events, and clear reporting. The goal is to build long term, positive relationships with both prospects and existing partners.

Job Title:  IDVA 

Hours:  Full-time (35 hours per week)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2027 with the possibility of extension subject to availability of funding

About the role: We are seeking to recruit an experienced IDVA. You will provide high-quality, proactive support to victims of domestic violence and abuse, delivering services to those at high risk, as well as low or medium risk clients when required. This role operates within Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid (BCWA) but contributes to the Safe Horizons London Partnership, ensuring survivor-focused, culturally competent, and intersectional support.The IDVA will work collaboratively with the Safe Horizons network, supporting victims/survivors through both in-person advocacy and the partnership’s bespoke digital platform, which provides access to specialist modules, resources, and 24/7 support where appropriate.

Who we are: Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid is a well-established, innovative and forward-thinking local domestic abuse service. We are seeking a self-motivated, flexible and experienced individual to join our dynamic team to help us deliver excellent services to vulnerable women who have experienced domestic abuse and be committed to working in a non-discriminatory manner.  

Location: All staff have access to hot-desking at our office as needed.Flexible working is welcomed at BCWA, with a mix of home and location-based working across our friendly and supportive team. We are all women with busy lives and families, and we understand that flexibility can be crucial in supporting women in the workplace. However this role may require some co-location across venues in Bromley & Croydon boroughs and so flexibility is required.A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferable however the role can still be done using public transport, but you will need to take more care when scheduling meetings and planning your travel routes. You will occasionally be required to attend our London SE20 office for meetings or staff training.

To support this growth, we are seeking a Course Executive to deliver and support administration of our repeatable courses and workshops with operational excellence. This is a pivotal role, providing the opportunity to ensure every course runs smoothly, delegates and faculty are supported, and RCOG’s standards of quality and professionalism are upheld.

You will combine operational expertise with strong organisational and communication skills, overseeing the end-to-end administration and delivery of courses, coordinating faculty and delegates, and supporting new or redeveloped courses from pilot through to repeatable delivery. Working closely with the Head of Course Development and Delivery, internal teams, and external faculty, you will ensure courses are delivered efficiently, financially sustainable, and provide a seamless learning experience.

Collaborating with stakeholders, faculty, and colleagues, you will act as a key operational contact for all aspects of course delivery, driving consistency, quality, and engagement while supporting the College’s mission to improve healthcare for women and girls worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the end-to-end administration and logistics of repeatable courses and workshops, ensuring a smooth experience for delegates and faculty.

• Support the development and pilot of new or redeveloped courses, providing operational expertise and guidance.

• Coordinate faculty participation, including invitations, travel arrangements, and expenses.

• Manage course systems and data (registrations, CRM, online platforms) accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor course budgets and ensure operational decisions support financial sustainability.

• Liaise with internal teams, delegates, and faculty to resolve queries and maintain high-quality service.

• Support continuous improvement by collating feedback, reviewing processes, and implementing enhancements to the course experience.
