About the Role:
As a Domestic Violence and Abuse Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse to rebuild their lives. Working holistically, you’ll carry out in‑depth needs assessments and develop tailored support plans that reflect each individual’s circumstances, strengths, and goals.
You’ll provide compassionate, trauma‑informed case management, advocacy, and resettlement support for people with a wide range of complex social and housing needs. From navigating services and securing safe accommodation to monitoring progress and celebrating milestones, you’ll walk alongside survivors every step of the way — empowering them to move forward with safety, dignity, and confidence.

What you’ll be doing:
Conduct key works sessions on a regular basis whilst developing individual support and risk management plans.
Establish the risks and needs of survivors and their children through assessing their practical and emotional support needs.
Champion safeguarding by following policies and procedures to keep everyone safe, and that any concerns are brought to immediate attention of a manager.
Collaborative multi-agency working to advocate for survivors ensuring their needs are met.
Maintain accurate client records using our system, INFORM.

About the Role:
As a Team Leader within our Criminal Justice Service, you’ll be a steady, positive presence for people leaving prison who’ve recently experienced homelessness. Many clients are navigating trauma, mental ill‑health, substance use, domestic abuse and ongoing involvement with the justice system.
You’ll be responsible for holding day to day management of all aspects of the service including managing Criminal Justice Support workers, referrals to service, effective housing management of properties, and ensuring clients are supported in a way that allows them to maintain accommodation and make positive changes in their life.

We're looking for a Welfare Manager to take charge of the welfare journey for every dog in our centre. In this pivotal role, you will drive timely, compassionate decisions through expert behavioural and veterinary rehabilitation, ensuring each dog progresses toward their forever home.
What does this role do?
As Welfare Manager, you'll:
- lead, coach and develop a small team to deliver high-quality veterinary care and behaviour modification for dogs in our care,
- act as a balanced advocate for both behavioural and veterinary needs to achieve the best outcomes for each dog,
- oversee staff and volunteer training in behaviour and dog handling, ensuring all colleagues work within SOPs, legal, and health and safety guidelines,
- develop and implement tailored behaviour modification plans for dogs with complex needs and monitor progress towards successful rehoming,
- support professional development of Behaviour Officers, Dog Welfare Assistants, and Supervisors through mentoring, assessments, and workshops,

Summary of Position

The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism places the voices of people with lived experience at the centre of learning. About the role:You'll play a key part in our Plymouth Substance Misuse Service, working with individual young people who misuse substances and their families, and to act as a consultant to other professionals who may require specialist help and support.

As the Programme Manager, you’ll own and drive the planning, governance and delivery of major cross charity fundraising appeals, including a significant capital appeal that forms a key part of the Charities’ long term fundraising ambitions.
The Programme Manager is accountable for the effective governance and delivery of these programmes across multiple teams within the Charities Directorate, ensuring that priorities are clear, dependencies are actively managed, risks are addressed, decisions are made at the right level, and programmes are ready to deliver key milestones and intended outcomes.
You will ensure programmes are underpinned by:
- Clear governance, decision-making and escalation structures
- A single, accurate view of programme performance, progress, risks, dependencies and readiness

Acting as a key interface between the Charity and the Trust, you will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influence and challenge where appropriate, align competing priorities and ensure critical dependencies are actively managed. Knowledge, experience and qualifications
- Significant experience leading complex programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams and dependencies.
- Track record of successfully leading the delivery of high-profile programmes or initiatives in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Experience designing and embedding governance, reporting and ways of working that improve delivery, accountability and decision making.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including those more senior, in a matrix or hierarchical environment.
- Knowledge of fundraising, ideally both high value and mass market, and ideally in an NHS or health context.
- Experience leading delivery across cross-functional teams and managing complex interdependencies without direct line management responsibility.
