Main Purpose and Scope of the Job:
upporting the Head of People with the provision of consistent and reliable Human Resources support in relation to policies and practices and with the practical application of employment law.
Providing coaching and support to line managers in relation to all aspects of early or informal employee relations.
Actively providing guidance to staff and managers through employee relation processes seeking early resolutions and restorative conversations in the first instance. Actively take the lead on formal employee relation case work such as disciplinaries, probations, performance management, capability, absence management, grievances, suspensions, investigations and present at hearings.
Develop Line managers through training, workshops, and proactive strategies.
Overseeing the HR Advisor’s workload to ensure accuracy and completion and actively support with individual growth by providing opportunities for development. Provide administrative support to cover team absences.
Reporting and monitoring sickness/absence levels, advising line managers to ensure a consistent approach is taken to reduce absenteeism. Oversee all Stage 1,2 and 3 absence meetings.

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job:
This is an exciting role in an ambitious and growing charity that supports all people affected by domestic abuse.
Working closely with the Business Development Director and Business Development Manager the Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in the creation, development and implementation of a robust and diverse fundraising strategy that contributes to the overarching income generation strategy, that meet both current and future operational needs

Develop and maintain a portfolio of potential corporate and high net worth supporters through regular research and networking and attend events and meetings with potential donors.

Strong listening and verbal communication skills are essential to engage appropriately with service users in crisis, colleagues, and external agencies, both in person and over the phone. Knowledge of recovery tools, local mental health and wellbeing support, and the ability to assess needs, risks, and aspirations to provide appropriate signposting are required. The candidate will demonstrate strong prioritisation, time management, and the ability to work dynamically under pressure. They will have a sound understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to address them appropriately, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and support the induction of new peer staff and volunteers. Shelter Trading Limited is best known for its national network of charity shops and thriving Christmas card business. We've recently opened up a number of furniture stores, which, just like our existing charity shops, sell a range of new and donated items that generate significant income to help finance our cause.
Your key responsibilities:
Collect and deliver donated items, including large furniture and electrical items and assist with the redistribution of stock, fixtures and fittings between branches
Undertake house clearances and transfer appropriate donated goods to the shop
Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate mileage records
Always maintain a high standard of customer service and strict control of the security of goods collected, transported and delivered.

Baca is dedicated to providing support and care to 16 to 18 year old unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are newly arrived in the country, helping them rebuild their strength, dignity, and hope for the future. We work closely with social workers and representatives from other agencies to benefit the young people in our care.

As a Support Worker, you will be a key worker for several young people in Baca's care, providing high-quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood. About the Role
SIA has a large and established portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations funding our vital services for people affected by spinal cord injury.
We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to coordinate the trusts team activity. You will work alongside another part-time trusts and grants coordinator and jointly supervise the trusts and grants officer.
As trusts and grants coordinator you will work with staff across the organisation to submit persuasive bids, grow and diversify our portfolio of funders, and strengthen our relationships with donors.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Coordinate SIA’s trust fundraising activity by maintaining and developing a portfolio of trusts
- Identify funding opportunities and develop compelling bids to maximise income raised from charitable trusts and foundations

Role Description
Given the part-time nature of the role, priorities wi l be agreed weekly with the Service Manager. Core tasks revolve around CRM/data quality and referral administration. Other duties wi l be delivered by agreement and as capacity alows, so the role remains sustainable and the “must-do” work is completed reliably.
Key Responsibilities
CRM implementation, data quality, workflows and reporting
- Phase focus (first 6 months): Prioritise supporting the implementation and embedding of Cimplify CRM system, including data clean-up and migration, establishing clear ways of working, templates and workflows, as well as supporting the team to use the system consistently and confidently.
- Act as a day-to-day CRM and data champion, supporting staff with basic questions and liaising with the CRM supplier as needed.
- Support data migration and clean-up from spreadsheets and other systems into the CRM, checking accuracy, removing duplication and improving consistency.
- Maintain strong ongoing data quality and housekeeping (e.g. naming conventions, minimum data standards, duplicates, retention/archiving, configuration items, managing users).
- Help design and maintain efficient workflows and light-touch automations (e.g. referral tracking steps, reminders, task prompts, fo low-ups), reducing manual admin and improving consistency.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting views for different audiences (service team, CEO, trustees, funders) ensuring data is kept up to date and usable.
- Support the regular flow of insight into team meetings and contribute data/metrics for funder and annual reports in colaboration with the Service Manager, fundraisers and the CEO.
Referrals and service administration (trauma-informed)
- Provide practical programme admin support to the service team, as and when possible.
- Monitor shared inboxes, triaging messages, forwarding appropriately and supporting timely, sensitive responses and follow-up.
- Track referrals and service workflows: scheduling calls/meetings, sending emails, using templates and maintaining accurate records.
- Keep mailing lists up to date (including referrer communications where relevant) and send programme updates as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care, following data protection and safeguarding procedures
Systems, documents and office administration
- Maintain clear filing and information systems (digital and paper), ensuring documents are easy to find and consistently stored.

Personal Specification
Essential experience and skills
- Experience in an administrative role, carrying out a variety of administrative and general office duties.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; able to maintain reliable records and systems with a focus on efficiency, quality and accuracy.
- Confident using digital tools (e.g. email, online documents), databases/CRMs/case management systems and AI tools (or confident in learning quickly).

Qualified Low Intensity Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) – NHS Pathfinder Partnership
GMRC is a registered charity working with adult women who are victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse, providing independent, specialist support and promoting and representing their rights and needs.
The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and work within the pathfinder partnership, across all partner organisations, providing high quality, evidence based, low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions using a guided self-help model, to clients with who have experienced sexual trauma but also have additional mental health needs. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Work within the Pathfinder partnership consultation model to identify potential survivors who might benefit from a low intensity psychological intervention.
- Undertake client-centred conversations and assessments which identifies areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others.
- Provide a range of information and support for evidence based, low intensity psychological interventions whilst working within a flexible and person-centred model of care.
- Work closely with other members of the team ensuring appropriate interventions are considered and identify where a transfer of care to an HSP or another pathfinder team member might be required.
- Prepare and present clinical information for all clients on their caseload to clinical case management supervisors within the service on an agreed and scheduled basis, in order to ensure safe practice and the clinical governance obligations of the worker, supervisor and service are delivered.
