This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to utilise and refine their skills in a meaningful role, contributing to the best possible outcomes for young people in need of support.

  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service reports.
  • Empower children and young people to have a voice in decisions affecting them.
  • Deliver work within a non-judgemental, anti-oppressive, and culturally inclusive framework.

Requirements:

  • Recent, relevant experience in a similar role, with a background working directly with vulnerable young people.
  • Expertise in safeguarding and relevant legislation, including an understanding of conducting assessments, managing risk, and planning interventions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage empathetically and professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to managing a varied workload, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
