The role is responsible for delivering at least five income-generating direct mail campaigns and appeals each year, reaching audiences of c.50,000 supporters per campaign. You’ll independently project manage activity end-to-end—from briefing and creative development through to print, fulfilment and post-campaign analysis—working closely with internal teams and external suppliers. Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver integrated direct marketing campaigns, with full ownership of c.5+ direct mail appeals per year (c.50,000 audience per campaign)
• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including briefing, copy development, print, data selections, fulfilment and supplier management
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, using data and insight to improve response rates, income and ROI
• Develop and enhance supporter journeys across acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation

Saving all files and correspondence on the server (MS Explorer), website and database.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant with a Japanese cultural institution, on a full-time (35 hours per week), 6-month FTC basis. The Role

• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring that all budget holders set realistic budgets, and work with the Director of Finance to ensure that organisational priorities are reflected in proposed budgets.
• Oversee the processing of income and expenditure, and the production of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
• Production of monthly/quarterly management account summaries as required by the Group CEO and any other budget holders.

• Manage the year end finance processes, leading to the production of accurate statutory accounts.
• Oversee the management of any investments.
• Set, communicate and monitor the adherence to appropriate financial policies and procedures, contributing to financial accountability at all levels of the organisation.
• Lead and manage the development of finance systems that are fit for purpose across the group.
• Lead the consolidation of accounts across the group, the production of statutory accounts and work with our external auditors to ensure accounts are signed off in a timely fashion.
• Ensure operates in line with current GAAP and SORP and follows and guidance from the Charity Commission on matters relating to finance.
• Provide reports and commentary to boards and senior management, including the Group finance committee, as appropriate.

Payroll & Systems Manager

Payroll is outsourced, but this role is very much hands-on. You’ll be the expert voice in the room, the bridge between People & Culture, Finance, and our payroll provider, and the lead on shaping better, smarter systems for the future. This is a full-time role however part-time may be considered for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full UK statutory compliance

• Acting as the internal payroll specialist, confidently reviewing calculations, deductions, pensions, and statutory payments

• Managing payroll inputs for variable hours and timesheet-based staff

• Building a strong, effective relationship with our outsourced payroll provider and holding service standards high

• Spotting risks, fixing inefficiencies, and reducing manual workarounds through better processes and cleaner data
