Job description

Prospectus is excited to be working with Jewish Care in their search for a Community and Fundraising Events Manager. The charity aims to create a society where people are able to fully interact and participate in their community, and to create a society where every individual supports and care for one another.

You will lead the Community Fundraising and Events Fundraising team, including recruitment, performance management and other Senior Leadership duties. Thus, you must have line management experience.

You will create and lead on community and fundraising events strategy to maximise growth for the organisation. You will be reaching out to the community to generate fundraising opportunities.You will lead the evaluation of community fundraising programmes and events and feedback to the team on how the next event can be made better.
