§ Manage and develop the Volunteer Program.
§ Communicating and liaising with the internal staff/volunteer team and external agencies and services to include liaising with other mental health/ maternity care service providers and VCSE organisations to cross-refer.
§ Delivering training sessions for staff and volunteer, sessional workers and placements.
§ Managing regular Co-ordinators meetings
§ Offering quarterly management supervision to staff team.
§ Offering regular management supervision group for volunteers.
§ Assist with the co-ordinating of supervision arrangements for the Staff team and placement students.
§ Publicise service across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
§ Demonstrate an ability to empathise, encourage and support women towards recovery.
§ Promote MfM services to women during activities, as appropriate.
§ Collect and collate data, arrange for completion of monitoring and evaluation forms. Write timely reports giving feedback on the services for the CEO and for project funders.
§ Work in close collaboration with MfM colleagues in the development of the services to act in the best interests of MfM at all times.
§ Triage and manage the waiting lists for the services.
§ Supporting women as required within project work.

The Role
This is a new role which will be focused on a specific project to initially set up and support our member led Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) task group and subgroups. These task groups, with your support, will lead the direction that our EDI membership initiatives take. One of the primary core initiatives will be the delivery of a mentoring scheme for our members with an inclusivity focus.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
• Excellent Project Management skills and experience
• Demonstratable knowledge of the EDI space, leading practises and ideologies
• Previous experience of working with members/volunteers including in an advisory and secretariat capacity.
• An understanding of and preferably experience of managing mentoring schemes.
Experience of working in a membership organisation or knowledge of the engineering profession would be advantageous.

We have two Project Manager vacancies for our Young People in the Criminal Justice System Programme in Bristol. In this role you will provide 1-1 intensive support to a caseload young people who are identified as being at risk of offending or have already had some contact with the justice system (e.g. the police). You will provide face-to-face support to each young person, in their local community, to help them develop confidence, aspirations, and a pro-social mindset. Key to this will be helping them to recognise their strengths and capabilities, consider positive lifestyle choices, and create an action plan to help them move forward to a brighter future.

“For My Future” is a bespoke 6-week course designed in 2019 specifically for people in the justice system. Focusing on both personal skills and practical ones (CVs, applications, interviews), the course is delivered either in person or online to small, single-sex cohorts over a 6-week period. To succeed in this role, you will have experience of supporting people in group scenarios and be confident presenting both in person and online. Groups will need to be carefully managed to ensure each young person gets the best experience and can benefit from the course.

As the Innovation and Collaboration Manager, you will design and lead projects and programmes of work that support health and care practitioners, including senior leaders and patients, to make progress on some of the most complex challenges facing the health care sector.

About the role:
Their new Data, Digital and Technology Transformation Team is undertaking an organisational-wide transformation program which will sit at the heart of their capabilities and operations. The Data Transformation Project Manager will take the lead on developing and delivering their Data Transformation project, including introducing a new CRM system and supporting technologies.
The role may be for you if:
- You're skilled in end-to-end project management with a good understanding of the complexities of implementing new data systems and supporting technologies
- You have excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, colleagues from across the organisation, suppliers and project partners
- You are comfortable managing budgets and deploying resources effectively
- You have strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
