About the role

We're looking for experienced fundraising professionals who are passionate about developing others and committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences. You'll be an engaging online facilitator who creates inclusive learning environments, inspires confidence, and supports learners to achieve their potential.

Teaching experience is essential, along with a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one. As one of our tutors, you'll:

• Deliver engaging online learning using professionally designed course materials

Purpose of the Role

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and skilled individual to lead the Mind in Bexley Carers Service.  The Carers Service supports those looking after, or affected by, an adult relative or friend’s mental health, alcohol, or substance use challenges.

The postholder will provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the effective delivery of the service in collaboration with key partners, including the London Borough of Bexley, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, and other relevant stakeholders.

The role is responsible for ensuring that carers receive high-quality, person-centred support, enabling them to lead fulfilling and valued lives, actively participate in their communities, and develop their abilities to their fullest potential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Service Delivery and Development

· Develop, coordinate, and maintain a flexible, responsive, and high-quality service to support carers.

· Carry a client caseload.

· Provide individuals with clear information and guidance, enabling them to explore innovative and creative approaches to meeting their needs and achieving desired outcomes.

· Develop and deliver groups, workshops and courses for carers.

Leadership and Management

· Provide effective leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff, volunteers, and students on placement.

· Promote a positive, collaborative working culture that supports high performance and continuous improvement.

· Assist in the organisation and facilitation of team meetings, promoting open communication and a cohesive team environment.

Partnership Working and Collaboration

· Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and the achievement of agreed objectives.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and regional carers’ forums, ensuring innovative approaches to supporting families and carers are explored and implemented.

· Contribute to inter-agency working by maintaining high standards of communication and participating in relevant forums.

Advocacy and Engagement

· Advocate for the needs of carers, ensuring their voices are reflected in care planning processes across mental health and social care services.

· Promote the importance of carer involvement, in line with The Carers Trust “Triangle of Care” best practice guidance.

Quality and Performance Management

· Take overall accountability for the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of the service.

· Ensure monitoring data and information is collected and submitted on time.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.

· Monitor and evaluate service outcomes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for development.

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research and systems change activity through the National Centre for Accessible Transport (NCAT).

Key Responsibilities

Session Delivery

· Plan and deliver all Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) and non-ridden activities, ensuring sessions are safe, inclusive, and purposeful.

· Lead sessions that promote confidence, communication, independence, and wellbeing.

· Ensure all activities are aligned with RDA values and best practice.

Session Planning

· Design and implement structured session plans tailored to the needs, abilities, and goals of each participant.

· Adapt activities to suit a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.

Individualised Support

· Structure non-ridden sessions to meet individual needs, ensuring each participant is appropriately supported and challenged.

· Monitor progress and adjust activities to support development and engagement.

Horse Allocation

· Allocate suitable horses for non-ridden activities based on:

o Participant needs and abilities

o Horse temperament and suitability

· Ensure horses are used appropriately and their welfare is maintained.

 Record Keeping

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date session records, including:

o Attendance

o Participant progress and observations

o Any incidents or concerns

Volunteer Training & Support

· Identify, train, and support volunteers involved in non-ridden sessions.

· Provide clear guidance and instruction to ensure safe and effective session delivery.

· Promote best practice and consistency in volunteer support.

Health, Safety & Welfare

· Ensure all sessions are delivered in line with health and safety policies and RDA guidelines.

· Monitor the welfare of both participants and horses, taking appropriate action when required.

· Complete and adhere to relevant risk assessments.

You will bring experience in mid and major donor fundraising, alongside strong communication and relationship-building skills. As a relational movement, we're looking for someone who values and cultivates genuine connection. 
 
This role would suit someone with experience working with high-net-worth individuals who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organisation. We're looking for someone who is motivated by both people and outcomes—someone who enjoys using insight and data to build strong donor relationships and achieve ambitious fundraising goals.

Role Overview
 
As the Mid & Major Donor Manager, you will develop and deliver strategies that inspire individuals to invest in the mission of 24-7 Prayer through four and five-figure gifts. You will manage a portfolio of mid and major donors and prospects, leading cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity that helps supporters deepen their partnership with the movement. Through thoughtful relationship management, you'll create personalised opportunities for donors to engage with the stories, people and projects that matter most to them. 
 
You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to communicate impact, identify opportunities and ensure supporters experience exceptional care throughout their giving journey.

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Customer Journeys and Experience Manager to join our Customer Engagement and Experience Team on a fixed term basis for six months.

We’re about to launch our new, organisation-wide, segmentation project – Designed Around You, where you’ll play a key role in using this new insight to support teams to deliver the experience our customers have of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel customer journeys that provide a consistent and engaging experience to all customers of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll lead the ongoing development and optimisation of how we welcome customers to the organisation, as well as our engagement journeys, ensuring that customer needs are met, and behaviours and interests are tracked across every touchpoint.

You’ll take a lead on briefing, journey design development, analysis, and reporting, to optimise customer engagement and income. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between data delivery, insights and product teams, sharing insights and best practice across the organisation. Coaching and collaborating with colleagues and external agencies is essential to ensure successful deployment of programmes.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about giving our customers a great experience and always thinks about how messages will land with different audiences.

You’ll bring strong experience from a communications or direct marketing environment, with a clear track record of delivering multi-channel customer journeys for a range of audiences. You’re comfortable using data to guide your decisions, with the ability to turn analysis into clear, meaningful insights that others can easily understand and act on.

You build strong relationships at all levels and work well with both internal teams and external partners, including agencies and suppliers. Alongside this, you’re organised and proactive, with solid experience of planning projects and putting marketing activity into action from start to finish.
