Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead on running our employability training and Alumni Job Club.
2. To develop workshop structures and learning materials for these in close collaboration with the Development Director and ensure that participant feedback from earlier programmes is incorporated.
3. To line manage Development Job Coaches as needed.
4. To manage and deliver job search sessions.
5. To lease with Employability Lead when participants are ready to move over in In Work Support team.
6. To advertise project opportunities to autistic people throughout London and manage project recruitment and onboarding.
7. To ensure processes are in-place for each project to:- assess each participant’s individual skills and gather baseline data; ensure job matches are appropriate to the individual’s needs and aspirations; and that targets set are relevant and promote new skills and learning; acquire and complete necessary risk assessments to ensure safety of clients, staff and partners.
8. To oversee the set up and settling in of jobseekers into work placements, when needed. Providing support and training to employers where required; providing personalised on the job training to participants and employers as required and develop strategies and advise on reasonable adjustments.
9. To coach, train and help manage new project staff to support jobseekers and put in place monitoring protocols.
10. To ensure jobseekers are progressing towards their individual targets; understand protocols and interpret work culture correctly; understand the health & safety in the work environment and adopt appropriate workplace behaviour.
11. To ensure good working relationships are maintained with all employers/ work experience placements and that feedback is regularly sort from all stakeholders to help improve our service delivery and future opportunities.

We are currently seeking dynamic Practitioners to join our Children & Young People’s service (CYPS), working directly with young people affected by domestic abuse.
Domestic Violence Intervention Project (DVIP), a division of Richmond Fellowship since 2018, has been a leading provider of Respect accredited community perpetrator programmes working to stop domestic violence, increase safety for women and children, and reduce harm to families for over 29 years.
This role requires a good understanding of adolescent development, domestic abuse, child abuse and trauma, and the impacts of these on young people’s development, as well as a good understanding of the nature of domestic violence and its effects on women and children, and on the parent-child relationship. You will have experience of direct work with young people and their parents/carers, working flexibly but robustly and supportively, responding to challenging or harmful behaviour to facilitate change. You will have experience of providing structured one-to-one and/or group work counselling or behavioural change interventions, and of working with both children and adults from diverse backgrounds. You will have an excellent understanding of safeguarding procedures and be confident working both independently and as part of a team, working closely and collaboratively alongside partner agencies such as Children’s Services, Schools and Youth Offending Services.
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing DVIP’s young people’s services, working in partnerships with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies to deliver effective community responses to domestic violence, in line with RESPECT practice standards. Day to day, you will be working flexibly across a number of locations, including providing outreach in schools and other relevant or referring services, managing referrals, assessing risk and suitability for therapeutic intervention, and engaging families.
In this rewarding role you will be working directly with young people and their parents/carers, delivering structured interventions to increase safety, as well as providing specialist support to other professionals working with families experiencing abuse, through provision of expert consultations and training.
You will be able to work independently and flexibly, including some early evenings if needed, within any London Borough, where DVIP is contracted, for part of the working week. You will be comfortable managing your own workload and related admin, and you will be able to communicate clearly with a range of people about sensitive and complex issues, including the writing of professional reports.
This is a permanent full time role requiring the post-holder to work 37.5 hours a week.

South London Citizens
South London Citizens is a thriving chapter with a growing team of ~18 organisers and project staff. We are building the power of communities in South London through borough alliances (in Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Merton, Croydon) and the wider region by developing community leadership and supporting people to take action on what matters most to them. Over the past three years, we have worked in partnership with mental health trusts to deliver a pioneering organising project, South London Listens (SLL), to prevent mental ill-health, and more recently with wider South London NHS leaders to take action on a range of issues (from low wages to housing conditions) that impact our communities’ health.
Purpose
We are looking for two Associate Organisers to join our thriving and dynamic team in South London building the power of local communities. These roles will support local organising, and have a specific focus on health and living wage organising.
In this exciting and innovative role, you will work with community organisations, including faith institutions, schools, universities, and community groups. Your primary responsibility will be to
1. build ‘Be Well’ teams to support the wellbeing of their communities, as part of the South London Listens partnership;

About the opportunity
Fundraising is critical to delivering our mission and ensuring we can support as many children and young people facing disadvantage to open doors to their future. The Philanthropy Team as a whole has a combined target income for the current year (2023-24) of £1.83 million (growing to £2.35m as our target for next year), of which approximately £850k is from corporate donors and their foundations, £100k is from individuals, and the remaining from trusts and foundations. We have been successful year on year in increasing our fundraising base by building secure multi-year partnerships.
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to work within our passionate Philanthropy Team to help grow our fundraised income and develop and maintain an effective, high-quality funding pipeline. Focussing predominantly on eliciting funding from trusts and foundations, and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO and Corporate Partnerships Manager, the Fundraising Manager will ensure the effective management of existing funder relations and take responsibility for ensuring Action Tutoring meets its reporting obligations. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for the line-management and development of three Fundraising Coordinators, through which you and your team will prepare and submit grant applications and funding reports, alongside overseeing the development and growth of our individual giving activities and initiatives, including through expansion of our fundraising events and campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities

Person specification
This role requires an ambitious, passionate and determined individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Working to deadlines and line-managing three Fundraising Coordinators, exceptional time-management, prioritisation and organisation skills are essential. With a focus on developing our individual giving strategies, we’re looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

Rahab Project UK is a small charity which is part of a wider global organisation that works towards seeing the lives of at risk and vulnerable women affected by prostitution and trafficking transformed. We support those who are sexually exploited with unconditional acceptance, compassion and dignity to rebuild their lives and achieve their own identity and freedom. Overall Purpose: The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of Rahab's projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Service delivery

Ensure that all aspects of Rahab’s project activities are planned, organized and undertaken to fulfil their objectives within their required timelines.

Develop, organize, and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and other project-related documents to monitor and track overall progress, outputs and achievement of milestones.

Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate project risks, delays and issues to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate data and records that capture and analyse information to (i) inform planning and delivery of casework support; (ii) monitor and evaluate wider project outcomes, (iii) to contribute data for future long-term evaluation of casework approach efficacy.

Facilitate a review of project progress for Rahab team at monthly update team meetings, to support project monitoring and tasking.
Service development
Priority stakeholder relationships

Participate in and contribute to collaborative working arrangements, alongside Rahab Manager, in key stakeholder work - SI MARAC (Sex Industry Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference) - with Local Authority, Metropolitan Police and Voluntary and Community sector.

Participation at monthly SI MARAC meetings, ensuring that the work of the group is effectively joined up with wider groups and meetings focussed on addressing risk and harm.

Support Rahab’s Senior Caseworker where necessary to ensure SI MARAC outcomes are effectively linked up with Rahab's outreach activities, and work-with Rahab’s Project Manager to ensure team members are kept informed about SI MARAC developments.

Work with the team to identify and engage in new professional relationships with key organisations across different sectors, and maintain our existing networks of contacts, to (i) develop and expand Rahab’s activities and reach, and (ii) foster collaboration.

Represent Rahab in multi-agency working groups, meetings, and forums, sharing knowledge and learning, publicising services available and how to access support.
Beneficiary co-production

Work with Manager to start developing a framework and mechanism for gathering feedback from beneficiaries to evaluate the support they are receiving.

Work with the team to identify opportunities for our beneficiaries’ active participation in the project in ways that are safe and empowering.

Variation clause
Rahab reserves the right, following full and reasonable consultation with the post holder, to vary, add or alter the terms and conditions of employment.
Flexibility clause
To deliver services effectively a degree of flexibility is required, and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically outlined above and/or outside of specified working hours. Overtime will not be paid; however, TOIL will be accrued for hours worked and staff supported to take that time. This post includes occasional evening work.

The Role
The WorldGBC is seeking a dedicated Advocacy and Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping and advancing our global advocacy efforts, influencing policy, and supporting our network of national Green Building Councils (GBCs) in their advocacy work. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing policy positions, conducting research, and engaging with key stakeholders to promote sustainable building practices and policies worldwide. The Advocacy and Engagement Manger will report to and work closely with the Global Advocacy Director.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Support for the Global Advocacy Director: Work closely with the Global Advocacy Director to develop and implement WorldGBC's global advocacy strategy. Assist in coordinating the organization’s advocacy efforts across different regions, ensuring alignment with overall objectives. Provide analytical support, prepare briefing materials, and manage specific projects as directed by the Global Advocacy Director. Act as a liaison between the Global Advocacy Director and other team members, stakeholders, and national GBCs to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
● Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on global and regional policy trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable building. Analyze potential impacts on the green building movement and develop strategic responses.
● Policy Development and Advocacy: Work with Global Advocacy Director to develop and articulate clear policy positions on key issues related to sustainable building and construction and lead advocacy campaigns to influence international, regional, and national policy frameworks and regulations.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within WorldGBC, including programs and communications, to ensure a coordinated approach to advocacy and policy engagement.
● Support National GBCs: Provide guidance and support to national GBCs in their local advocacy efforts, helping them to navigate policy landscapes and engage effectively with policymakers.
● Communication and Representation: Represent WorldGBC at policy forums, conferences, and meetings, presenting policy positions and advocating for sustainable building practices. Prepare a range of materials, including reports, briefings, and presentations, to support advocacy objectives.

Skills, experience and education:
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in policy analysis, advocacy, or a related role, preferably within an international context.

As Manager you will be in charge of setting up an innovative and engaging day centre which will provide meaningful activity and positive relationships, improves wellbeing, reduces social isolation and offers opportunities for rehabilitative interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with service users and foster effective stakeholder relationships with internal and external agencies in order to develop innovative and collaborative approaches to meet the needs of the prisoner cohort
- Be responsible for the overall development and continuous improvement of the service, keeping updated with and implementing best practice to maximise the effectiveness of the service
- Provide effective line management and support to the Assistant Manager
- As required, undertake and ensure that all relevant administration, data collection and analysis is collated and reported on, including monthly and annual reports to line management
- Be an active part of the wider CAMEO team, bringing meaningful contributions to team meetings, departmental strategy and development of the wider CAMEO programme
