The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit an Advocacy Manager- International Finance to join their team in Brussels, Johannesburg, London or Nairobi. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.
A key area of our work is unlocking more international finance for air quality action. We are seeking a dynamic advocacy manager with expertise in international finance who can drive Clean Air Fund’s growing work in this area.
In this role, you will lead and deliver high‑impact advocacy work, managing key outputs, including CAF’s flagship State of Global Air Quality Funding report, as well partnerships, grants, and projects that support CAF’s goals. You’ll have the opportunity to advise colleagues across the organisation on finance and be comfortable convening others to help come up with solutions. You will bring experience in engaging with major development finance actors and supporting senior leadership in their external engagement.
You’ll have the opportunity to take an entrepreneurial approach to the role, spotting opportunities to grow this work and travel internationally to key financing meetings. You’ll be a joining a friendly, and small but mighty advocacy team, within a collaborative, dynamic and growing organisation.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of development finance
- Experience engaging with MDBs and bi-lateral donors on development finance, leading to increased finance for areas such as health, climate, or air quality
- Development of policy positions
- Managing production of high profile policy products, including writing and editing policy reports
- Managing report launch events, side-events and webinars at global fora
- Engagement with external stakeholders, including both political targets and civil society
- Political analysis, including stakeholder and influence mapping
- Supporting the development of advocacy strategies
- Strong project management of events, strategy delivery and product creation across internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to represent the Clean Air Fund in external forums and with external stakeholders

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join RSVP’s well‑established ISVA Team. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to provide specialist support to adults impacted by sexual violence.

About the role
As a Vulnerable Victims Advocate you will provide high quality support to victims of domestic abuse and other crimes, leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments that are comprehensive and holistic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing a caseload of service users, delivering excellent services which support the commissioners and their service goals to victims. Undertake initial proactive contact with victims, explaining VS services and promoting the benefits of accessing support.
- Ensure each victim receives an individually appropriate tailored support and information service that fully meets their needs, keeping complex needs central to all processes and decisions. This will be delivered face to face, via telephone, video-chat, text and/or email based on the preferences of the client.
- Undertake risk and needs assessments to address the specific needs of the client in line with VS operating procedures. To follow relevant safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure an integrated approach to address any safeguarding concerns.

The Role:
The successful candidate will provide a high-quality frontline service to both female and male victims of Modern Slavery (international human trafficking) and their children within the West Midlands area. You will be involved in all aspects of case management including: risk assessment, needs assessment, journey planning, outcomes and case review when supporting clients through their recovery and reflection period. You will also be involved in all aspects of accommodation, including; health and safety, requesting maintenance support, ensuring fire safety etc.

About the Role
As an Independent Victim Advocate you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims to explain our service and offer ongoing support via telephone, emails or text, tailoring the support to the victims preferences i.e. home/office visits or weekly calls. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, completing risk assessments and providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services & work with multi agency partners to provide ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff and other stakeholders.
- Keep accurate & confidential case records.
- With further training you will support children and victims of domestic/sexual abuse
About You
Ideally, you will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.
You will need:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, able to use generic systems.
- Good organisational & time management skills, able to manage competing needs and priorities.
- To work effectively both as part of a team & independently
- To develop & maintain partnerships with internal & external organisations.
- The ability to maintain professional boundaries & confidentiality.
This role may involve the requirement to travel to meet service users and attend meetings.

This is an exciting opportunity for Advocates to join and shape this service covering North Ayrshire area. Your role will require you to travel to locations such as clients’ homes and within community settings across the area to meet with clients and professionals. About you

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.
When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).
VoiceAbility offers the usual regular manager one to ones, Staff forums and communities of practice depending on role. Team meetings with a mix of virtual and in person approach.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Community One-to-One Advocacy project across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
