The Retail Manager with e-commerce will have responsibility for the five Danaher Charity

Shops providing strong leadership for shop managers to drive and enhance the

profitability and attraction of the shops, ensure standards and administrative procedures

are streamlined and stock levels are properly controlled with supplies also made available

for online sale. Building an online, e-commerce, function is a key priority for this role.

A high level of organisation and communication is required in this role and a hands-on

approach to ensure success at this small charity. Main responsibilities of the e-commerce

manager’s post will include:

•  producing income for Danaher through sales via online platforms such as Vinted and eBay and through charity shops.

• Building good relationships with local business and doners to ensure a continuing supply of stock for resale.

• line management of the five charity shop managers and the Danaher drivers to provide to manage the logistics of stock and supplies, support volunteer recruitment

• Taking part in events to create opportunities for sales and promotion of Danaher animal home.

• Alongside other senior key staff members, provide Senior leadership out of hours at weekends on a rota basis as an emergency contact should staff require it.

Senior Management Accountant (Part Time – 3 Days per Week)

A national charity seeking a Interim Senior Commercial Management Accountant to support their finance team during a period of growth and transformation.

This role will play a critical part in leading the development of costing and pricing models to support strategic decision-making. You will also deliver high-quality financial planning and strengthen financial insight across the organisation.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offered on a interim basis until April 2026.  The charity offers remote working, with access to a London office for those who prefer a hybrid approach.

The Role

As Senior Commercial Management Accountant, you will provide crucial support across financial planning, forecasting, modelling, and operational finance. Working closely with the Head of Finance & Finance Director, you will help deliver the charity’s mid-year forecast, develop organisational planning tools for the upcoming financial year, and lead on advanced costing and pricing work to support strategic decisions.

You will also support technical areas including partial VAT recovery, internal financial controls, and the migration of a small trading subsidiary to a new finance system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, partnering with non-finance colleagues, and contributing to organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of costing and pricing models to support strategic decision-making.

About You

You will be a part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting and developing robust cost and pricing models – ideally with experience working within commercial environments.

We are seeking a Community Development Officer to lead a major in-progress project improving recognition, support, and care for people with smell and taste disorders at a local level across England. 

This three-year, volunteer-led programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund has achieved significant success in its first eighteen months. We are now recruiting a new postholder to take this strong foundation forward through the next phase of delivery. 

Over the past eighteen months, we have recruited and established a thriving network of volunteers and local groups across England. This momentum is expected to continue. The Role

The Careers Adviser will travel across the East Sussex region to a broad range of school and college settings, delivering creative and inclusive Personal Careers Guidance, as well as assemblies and drop-in sessions as required.

Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy traveling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities.

You will routinely liaise with Careers Leaders and senior school/ college staff to arrange and deliver activities for students during the school day. Whilst most delivery will take place between 8:30am and 4pm, travel before and after these times will be required and occasional attendance at parents’ and options evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable.

We would require you to work five days-a-week, term time only, with a pro rata holiday entitlement. If you would prefer part-time only employment (minimum of three days a week), this can be negotiated.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Peer Support Mentor to join our team based in RBKC to support our residents who have multiple and complex needs which could include mental health, substance use, homelessness, and/or offending backgrounds. You will support in providing our residents with the support needed to help them overcome their personal barriers, and achieve their goals in a person centred approach. You will work within a residential setting, creating a safe and comfortable space which our residents can call their homes during their time within the service. The role includes:

• Supporting residents with daily tasks
• Placing residents needs at the centre of all support provided and using trauma informed practice to guide care and support.

• Salary: £32,500-34,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Organisation
 
Our client, a respected professional body, plays a key role in maintaining quality standards within the training and certification sector. Working closely with training providers, this organisation is committed to upholding high standards of compliance and quality assurance to support the development of industry-recognised training programmes.

The Role
 
As an Assurance Officer, you’ll manage a portfolio of Approved Training Providers (ATPs), ensuring they meet the organisation’s stringent quality criteria. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, address quality issues proactively, and support the ongoing quality assurance of the organisation’s certified training courses. Your role will also involve reviewing online exam videos to maintain the integrity of assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage applications from organisations seeking ATP status or course certification.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ATPs, responding to queries promptly.
• Plan and support quality assurance activities, including audits, course observations, and performance analysis.
• Review proctoring videos to identify potential malpractice and ensure compliance.
• Handle quality issues, including complaints, delegate feedback, and pass rate data.
• Prepare reports and data for audits and investigations.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes for ATPs and Technical Assessors.
• Contribute to process improvements, enhancing the ATP and learner experience.

 
 
Skills and Experience required

• Strong experience in quality assurance, ideally within an awarding organisation, regulatory environment, or professional body. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to critically assess information, identifying potential risks or irregularities. 
• Strong customer service and account management skills with experience in building relationships with stakeholders. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.

Fundraising & Donor Care Administrator

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract: Fixed-term

About Chain of Hope

Chain of Hope delivers life-saving cardiac care for children in developing countries. Through a global network of volunteers, medical teams, and supporters, we ensure children receive the surgeries they urgently need.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Fundraising & Donor Care Administrator to join our fundraising team. This role is central to ensuring excellent donor care, accurate income processing, and maintaining high-quality data records. You will work closely with the Donor Care & Supporter Experience Manager to keep operations running smoothly across all fundraising streams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their fundraising or charity operations career who wants to develop their skills within a busy and impactful organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for donor enquiries via phone and email.
• Process donations and send thank-you letters promptly.
• Maintain accurate donor records, including Gift Aid declarations and preferences.
• Ensure data integrity within our CRM (ThankQ), supporting data entry, cleaning, and reporting.
• Assist with income reconciliation and Gift Aid processes.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising events and community fundraising activities.
• Uphold the highest standards of donor care and confidentiality.

About You

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
• Comfortable working with data and systems (CRM experience desirable but training provided).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about supporting donors and contributing to life-saving work.
