The Choir with No Name has been running choirs involving people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation since 2008, and we currently have choirs in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, Cardiff, Coventry, Sheffield and Brighton. Invoices and expenses
- Inputting all expense invoices, staff expenses & petty cash transactions into accounting software (Xero), ensuring everything is coded to the right budget line
- Issuing invoices for suppliers, ensuring payments are received in a timely manner and recording them in Xero.
- Sending a monthly reminder to freelancers and choir managers to submit invoices & completed petty cash books in time for month end deadline
- Saving invoices into SharePoint and ensuring these records are complete and up to date every month
- Cross checking bank statements with income and expenses, ensuring all transactions are accounted for, identifying missing invoices/receipts and chasing the relevant staff
- Updating our contact and invoicing details with suppliers and freelancers
Donation administration
- Recording all donations & donor info in our donor CRM database (eTapestry)
- Producing income queries and reports when required
Impact data
- Inputting member survey data as well as other impact data as needed
- Producing reports on impact data as needed
Finance reporting
- Input cash basis income and expenditure into a monthly cash flow spreadsheet and create summaries for Choir Managers
- Consolidating income data from multiple online donation platforms and in varied formats into a single monthly report
- Producing month end platform and database income reports for our bookkeeper
- Support the Head of Development with month and quarter end reporting for the board of trustees.
General administration

Stopover provides the only female-specific supported housing for young women in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex. The service offers a pathway from high to low levels of support, giving young women aged 16–25 a safe and stable environment in which to rebuild their lives and move toward independence.
You will work primarily within our low to medium-level support projects, supporting young women who have often experienced trauma, abuse, mental health challenges, and housing instability. Your role will be to build consistent, trusting professional relationships and support residents in developing confidence, life skills and resilience.

- Build trauma-informed, empowering relationships with young women aged 16–25
- Support residents to access education, employment or training
- Assist with personal and emotional matters such as health, relationships, and wellbeing

- Work within safeguarding, risk management, and confidentiality frameworks
- Work flexible hours on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins

Senior Family Support Worker (28 hrs a week)
Our client is a vibrant Surrey-based charity, committed to building futures for local people by providing services that support and assist disadvantaged and vulnerable people; their wide range of projects and activities aim to create happy, healthy and connected communities. They are now looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Family Support Worker (part-time, 28 hr a week – days flexible), providing high quality, tailored 1:1 and group support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 yrs old (up to 25 yrs for young adults with additional needs), enabling children and families to achieve and improve outcomes.
As Senior Family Support Worker, you will provide focused 1:1 and group family support, either at our client’s Family Centre in Mole Valley, out in the community or in service user’s own homes, depending on need. As Senior Family Support Worker you will provide support for the family using a variety of interventions including motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches and accredited parenting strategies. The post holder will be required to work with families as a lone worker and will support the Family Centre Manager in the general running of the Mole Valley Family Centre. You will identify and signpost beneficiaries to a range of specialist agencies who can offer further support and will collect appropriate data and information to ensure accurate programme monitoring and evaluation.

About the role:
This role is based in Staffordshire (we have an office in Stafford or Stoke). The caseworker will work directly with children and young people across the area; with hybrid working an option after the 6 month probationary period.
As a CYP DA Practitioner you will be:
