Interim Finance Director

My client is a cultural landmark in the very heart of London. Drawing in audiences from around the world, to share in their unique and ambitious programme of events, they perfectly balance both tradition and innovation.

At present they are looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Director to support them with their ever growing aspirations and new 5 year business plan. Reporting to the Chief Executive, key responsibilities will include:

• Work with the SLT to deliver the new 5 year strategic plan and budget.
• Lead on the financial delivery of a capital build project, ensuring fundraising, cashflow and business disruption are considered.
• Lead the finance, procurement and IT team, embedding a true team culture and that colleague engagement are at the highest levels

To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record as a senior finance lead in the Not-for-Profit sector. Other key attributes include inclusive and engaging management skills as well as a strategic mindset.
