Interim FP&A Manager

London | Hybrid Working | Interim Contract

A leading international not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team during a critical budgeting and forecasting period.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment. You'll play a key role in supporting senior decision-making through insightful financial analysis, planning and reporting, while partnering with stakeholders across multiple international regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the 2027 budgeting process.
  • Deliver the Q4 2026 forecasting cycle.
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
  • Prepare high-quality financial presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Support reporting to key external donors and funders.
  • Business partner with regional and divisional teams, providing financial insight and challenge.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.

About You

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience and the confidence to hit the ground running in a busy international organisation.

You'll also bring:

  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, pivot tables and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical ability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Experience producing presentations and financial insights for senior leadership.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working.
