Our work stems from the fact that carers often go about their roles despite the toll it might take on their own wellbeing, often having to make sacrifices that hamper their own ability to lead a normal life. Whether financial, educational or otherwise, we seek to limit the challenges that carers face. We achieve this through four core workstreams:

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join our team. To manage the overall running of the Carers’ Hub office, including overseeing HR admin, implement policy and procedures, including Health and Safety, maintain administrative processes, manage stakeholders, serve the trustee board, and work closely with the Carers’ Hub team in the implementation of events and projects.
The Office Administrator role will provide a wide variety of operational support to the Carers’ Hub Leadership Team as we develop our offer and increase the number of carers who access our services. This job description will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be subject to change, particularly as the needs of the charity change.

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the overall running of the Carers’ Hub office and administrative processes.

About the role
St Albans City and District Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced built environment professional to lead and manage the core functions associated with the management of the Council’s operational estate and associated assets.
The role is responsible for all aspects of the effective management of the Council’s portfolio of operational buildings and other built assets as well as providing support services which span the Council’s non-housing property portfolios (operational, leisure & heritage, community and commercial assets).

About you
- It is anticipated the successful candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent technical qualification) with extensive post-qualification experience in a comparable, complex organisation. This need not mean a background in local government, though practical and procedural knowledge of public sector practice is desirable.
- It is essential that you have significant experience of delivering comprehensive estates and property management services (both in house and outsourced), as well as in-depth knowledge and experience of regulatory guidelines and statutory compliance requirements for estate management. This should extend to operational H&S, emergency planning and business continuity.
- In addition, it is important that you have a knowledge and understanding of sustainability approaches and willingness to develop this part of the role.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week. The Media and Communications Manager, reporting into the Head of Communications, is responsible for the creation and delivery of PAGB's external, member and internal communications, overseeing media relations and the PAGB brand.
Overall accountability
- To effectively manage all content on PAGB website and microsites
- To effectively manage the PAGB brand and visual identity
- To organise, co-ordinate and support PAGB events
- To manage all aspects of PAGB’s media relations
- To be the first point of contact for all media enquiries
- To effectively market PAGB services, events and training
- To create, manage and oversee creation of PAGB newsletters

Key areas of responsibility include:
Website and digital communications
- Managing the PAGB website to ensure it is regularly updated with relevant information and content is optimised for search and user experience
- Proactively managing website on on-going basis to ensure that it is up to date and actively liaising with PAGB teams to gather information to update as needed
- Managing relationships with PAGB’s website developers to ensure ongoing maintenance, updates and technical support are delivered effectively

Marketing communications
