  • Strong understanding of administrative and financial processes, with keen attention to detail, problem solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements, and experience in maintaining accurate records and using a CRM to manage supporter data.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and organisational skills to manage and prioritise personal workload to meet deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills, to build rapport and respond empathetically to a wide range of enquiries.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and professional approach in a busy supporter-focused environment.
  • Proactive attitude to identifying opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.

*As a hybrid worker the expectation is that you will spend around 40% of your working time in our office spaces or working in community settings. As an inclusive employer we will consider home-based working for anyone where office-based hybrid working would be a barrier to being able to work for us, for example for someone living with a long-term health condition or disability.
