The Concerts Team
The LSO’s Concerts team meticulously plans and organises all of the orchestra’s live and online performances, including the LSO’s main residency at the Barbican Centre; other UK concerts; commercial studio recordings; overseas tours; and all rehearsals.  The team develops key relationships with the LSO’s musicians, extras, conductors, composers, soloists, artist’s agents, promoters and other venues

Overall Responsibilities of the Tours Assistant/Coordinator:

• Prepare and follow up cost estimates, contracts, technical riders and invoices for tours and UK concerts 
• Coordinate logistics for overseas tours including travel, accommodation and per diem rates for the Orchestra. 
• Prepare, label and assist in distributing electronic train/flight tickets, assist in creating seating plans 
• Update and maintain the LSO diary and database (ArtsVision).
• Assist and advise players with their immigration arrangements. 
• Assist with instrument freight documents for overseas tours.
• Liaise with third parties on preparations and logistics for upcoming tours.

• At least six months of relevant experience, preferably gained in the Arts sector

Eclipse is looking for a competent, organised and experienced Finance and Operations Manager to join the organisation during a period of transition.  The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the finance support service for the organisation together with operational support for Governance, Admin & HR.

This is an opportunity to play a vital role in the organisation as it develops and instigates an exciting and ambitious new set of plans over the next six months.  You will be working directly with senior leaders and trustees, and line-manage an Administrator utilising strong financial and administrative skills to manage the charity’s finances and day to day operations.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of budgets and financial management as well administration, along with a passion for theatre and culture to be made by and resonating with Black voices and the communities in the North of England.

Purpose of the Post

• To Provide financial leadership and to be accountable for financial reporting to the leadership team, Board, and stakeholders.
• To be responsible for effective management of the day-to-day office administration, and HR processes.

Role responsibilities
The Finance & Operations Manager is responsible for:

Finance

• Preparation, monitoring, and control of the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provision of clear and timely management accounts to the senior team and Board of Trustees.
• Administration of the company’s financial systems through day-to-day bookkeeping including data entry, management of petty cash, processing of invoices and bank reconciliation.
• Liaising with the external payroll provider and payment of monthly salaries.
• Overseeing the preparation of the annual statutory accounts and management of the annual independent examination.
• Supporting in the delivery of an annual report or funder reports as needed, including Arts Council England NPO reporting requirements and quarterly payment conditions. 

Governance

• Leading on the arrangements for Board Meetings and Away Days: minute taking, writing and circulating agenda and documentation, post-meeting minutes and communicating with the Trustees pre-meeting on location, time and attendance.
• Regularly reviews the company’s policy making – ensuring the company maintains and abides by its policies e.g. Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Environmental and Staff Handbook.

Administration & HR

• Day to day responsibility for managing the HR function of the company.
• Keeping in contact with and responding in a timely manner to any queries from key stakeholders.
• Support the organisation to maintain key relationships and deliver report writing.
• General administration and office management lead.
• Management of the company calendar.
• Administration of company compliance and reporting to statutory bodies e.g. Companies House and the Charities Commission.
• Working as a central point of contact through phone and email.

We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to lead the administration of CCT’s tiered membership programmes, annual and church-based appeals, legacies, and fundraising events. The Fundraising Officer will also support in the creation of marketing materials to support these initiatives.

Following the growth in audience development through online events and digital activity, CCT welcomed younger and international members and increased the number of donations. The Horniman Museum and Gardens is a unique attraction in south east London where world cultures and the natural world are brought together for everyone to enjoy. The Museum holds internationally important collections of anthropology and musical instruments, as well as a popular natural history​ gallery and Aquarium. The role

This exciting role within NLOS’s senior management team was created to help bring greater strategic alignment across NLOS and its charities and to better capitalise on new and existing opportunities. The post is critical to ensuring that we maximise the resources available to us through increased income generation and by forging strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and fields that allow us to increase and leverage support for each charity and provide a world class customer experience, while protecting and preserving green spaces of international significance. All activities will be undertaken with a priority to conserve the natural spaces we oversee, and to ensure that income generated at each site is reinvested back into the charity/site where it was raised. 

As a member of NLOS’s senior management team, the postholder will be responsible for overseeing a diverse and complementary portfolio, including income generation, strategic partnerships, marketing and communications, event and license management, volunteer and engagement programmes, and strategic partnerships. The Linbury Trust

The Linbury Trust was established by Lord Sainsbury of Preston Candover KG and his wife Anya, Lady Sainsbury CBE and the former ballerina Anya Linden.

The Trust’s focus is public engagement with culture including arts, dance, museums, and heritage, especially when this has benefits such as improved quality of life. The Headley Trust

The Headley Trust was founded in 1973 by Sir Timothy Sainsbury.

The Trust funds Arts and Heritage UK (including curatorial support, Industrial, Conservation and Marine Heritage, Archaeological and outreach projects plus the Museums Archaeological Acquisition Fund); Health & Social Welfare (including support for older people and projects that help disadvantaged families and young people); Cathedrals; Education (bursary and apprenticeship support in conservation and heritage skills and music and dance) and Overseas (including Arts & Heritage projects in South Eastern Europe and programmes in anglophone countries in Africa.

Main responsibilities will include:

Administration

• Be responsible for securing contracts by confirming booking information and working with the Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy to ensure freelance trainer contracts and Service Agreements are in place

• Oversee the general administration of all APD functions including responding to customer queries and feedback

•  Process course bookings made via Thinkific and other platforms, ensuring all requirements are noted and passed on appropriately

• Ensure effective contribution of accurate and timely data required by Artswork and its funders / stakeholders

Finance

• Be responsible for APD budgets including raising sales invoices, reconciling payments and managing deferred income

• Follow anti-money laundering procedures to ensure APD sales are compliant with legislation

• Ensure all finance and operations processes and procedures are rigorously implemented in collaboration with the Finance & Operations team

• Produce budget forecasts for APD and provide monthly updates on current financial position to the Deputy CEO and Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy

• Chase debtors and regularly report any overdue payments to the Finance team

Strategy

• Contribute to the APD growth strategy through ideas and practical solutions

• Work with the APD team and Deputy CEO in the development of new programmes, routes to market and audience development

Communications

• Help to maintain strong communication channels with all partner organisations and customers

• Provide administrative support in developing regional networks, contacts and partners

• Assist with the engagement of employers and partners for projects and programmes

Administration and Legal Compliance

• Maintain positive professional relationships with our participants, partners and stakeholders •

• Adhere to Artswork’s values and its policies and procedures, i.e. Equalities, Health and Safety, Data Protection, Safeguarding and Environmental policies

• Be a committed champion for Artswork’s Anti-Discrimination Charter

• Maintain and develop personal skills and knowledge through appropriate training

• Perform own administrative duties

• Maintaining positive professional relationships with our participants, partners and stakeholders.

We are currently recruiting for a Patrons Manager to join our Development team on a full time permanent basis. 

The Development team is responsible for securing significant revenue income from a variety of public, private and commercial funding sources to support the ambitions of Southbank Centre, in close collaboration with all internal departments and external partners. The Patrons Manager role sits within the Philanthropy team which focuses on those gifts from individual donors, usually in excess of £5,000. They manage regular giving schemes such as our Patrons and our Commissioning Committee as well as leading on soliciting restricted major gifts for particular projects.

The successful candidates will work across a variety of responsibilities which includes but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors with the capacity to give gifts of £5,000 and above with a focus on their individual motivations for giving, stewarding them and soliciting them according to their interests and Southbank Centre’s priorities.
• Secure regular giving from Patrons and Commissioning Committee by communicating effectively and engaging them with our work, while also developing bespoke opportunities for these donors to give beyond their annual subscriptions.
• Develop strategies to grow support for Southbank Centre from major donors including identifying new networks and presenting Southbank Centre’s work in compelling ways.
• Meet financial targets, maintain financial records and regularly review portfolio to update forecasts and budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage the Events Assistant to ensure we deliver high quality cultivation and stewardship experiences for donors and prospects which illuminate the impact of Southbank Centre’s programme.

This post will work closely with the Director of Participation, producing all shows which originate from the Participation team, setting up and managing participation projects and working closely with young people and community groups.

There is also an opportunity to instigate and creatively lead on participation projects.

The Participation Producer will manage the Participation Coordinator and the Participation Assistant, as well as any work placements and freelancers. They will manage show and project budgets and contribute to the writing of funding applications and evaluation reports.
