The role

We're looking for a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to lead on all things social at Art Fund.

This role is really plugged in to what's happening in museums and galleries around the UK, and our work to support them.

That means you'll spend a lot of time creating video and image content to spotlight great museums and galleries. That helps us grow membership of products like the National Art Pass, and the more members we have, the more museums we can support.

You'll also tell the story of our charitable purpose, through fundraising campaigns, our funding programmes, and high-profile events like Museum of the Year.

All this ladders up to build our brand - which helps us connect more people with great art and culture, and to support more museums and galleries.

We are seeking a compassionate HCPC-registered creative arts psychotherapist such as an arts therapist, dramatherapist or music therapist to join our team for one day per week to deliver therapeutic support through our in school support Project HOPE.

This position will initially be one day per week; however, there is strong potential for increased hours and days for the right candidate. Project HOPE is a school based project offering therapy sessions as one-to-one or group work, making arts-based psychotherapy accessible to those who need it most. Project HOPE offers a creative lifeline for children who’ve encountered four or more adverse childhood expereinces (ACEs) and experienced or witnessed domestic abuse. It steps in where other local services can’t, providing support now and preparing children and young people for future life challenges.

We understand the emotional demands of therapeutic work and are committed to supporting practitioners to deliver high-quality, ethical, and sustainable practice. The successful candidate will receive regular clinical supervision and will have access to peer support, reflective discussions, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities include:

Therapeutic Delivery

• Deliver one-to-one and small group arts-based therapeutic interventions to secondary school-aged young people.

• Develop and facilitate creative therapeutic sessions tailored to the individual needs of participants.

• Build safe, trusting, and therapeutic relationships with young people experiencing complex trauma.

• Support young people to develop emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and positive coping strategies.

Assessment and Planning

• Undertake initial assessments and contribute to identifying appropriate therapeutic support.

• Develop therapeutic goals and intervention plans in collaboration with young people and relevant professionals.

• Monitor progress and adapt interventions as required.

Multi-Agency Working

• Work closely with school staff, pastoral teams, safeguarding leads, and project partners to ensure a joined-up approach to supporting young people.

• Attend relevant meetings and contribute professional insight where appropriate or share relevant information with the manager to attend on your behalf. 

Safeguarding and Risk Management

• Maintain a thorough understanding of organisational and national safeguarding procedures and statutory responsibilities.

• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, following organisational and school policies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with GDPR and professional standards.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Maintain appropriate case notes and outcome measures.

• Contribute to project reporting, evaluation, and impact measurement.

• Support the collection of feedback and evidence demonstrating project outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• MA Qualified Creative Arts Therapist (Art Therapist, Dramatherapist, Music Therapist, or equivalent HCPC-recognised profession).

• Experience working therapeutically with children and young people.

• Experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, adversity, or significant emotional challenges.

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice.

• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures relating to children and young people.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within schools or educational settings.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapeutic interventions.

• Understanding of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their impact on development.

• Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams.

• Knowledge of local support services and referral pathways.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for developing and embedding strategies and programmes that help people across England to discover and connect with their heritage, increasing engagement with Historic England (HE) and the historic environment through our nationally important Archive collections and engagement programmes, which include learning (Heritage Schools), community engagement, inclusion grants and participation programmes (e.g. Blue Plaques).  Through the power of partnership, storytelling, capacity building and audience led approaches, you will lead your teams to unlock the power of heritage for people and places, embedding inclusive practice and centring social impact. 

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Engagement and working as part of the Communications and Engagement Leadership Team, you will help shape the direction of Historic England’s engagement and participation activity, ensuring our vision and mission are well understood and supported in society, and by key stakeholders.  As a member of the Corporate Leadership Team, you will work together with senior colleagues across Historic England to embed our strategic priorities for people and places, including delivery on government priorities and income generation opportunities.

Restore is now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business generation, pipeline development and revenue growth across its specialist heritage storage offering. This is a consultative, relationship-led role, working with organisations that require trusted long-term partners to safeguard valuable, sensitive and often irreplaceable heritage assets.

The successful candidate will inherit a defined book of existing customers, with responsibility for managing, retaining and growing that portfolio, alongside developing new business opportunities across the heritage, archive, cultural, academic and public sectors.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrable track record of securing and pipelining new business or partnerships
• Experience of working with specialist storage environments, ideally across archives, museums, libraries and public or private sector organisations; and/or experience of selling services or products into museums, archives, libraries, universities and wider heritage organisations#

This is a varied and outward-facing role with significant scope to shape the future direction of the Trust.

About you

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery.

You may come from a heritage, charity, cultural, environmental, education or outdoor-sector background and will have experience in three or more of:

● Fundraising, business development, income generation and grant applications

● Communications, marketing or audience development

● Social media management

● Partnership management and stakeholder engagement

● Volunteer coordination and project delivery

● Heritage, museums or archives

● Interest in outdoor recreation, climbing or mountaineering

Most importantly, you will be a strong relationship builder, an effective communicator and someone who enjoys turning ideas into action.

In addition, applicants should:

● Have the right to work in the UK

● Be able to travel occasionally throughout the UK, so a driving licence is useful.

Trace are delighted to be partnering with The Royal Albert Hall to help them find an experienced and commercially minded Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their Finance team.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager leads the Hall's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting functions. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll turn financial data into meaningful insight, helping shape strategic decisions and supporting the Hall's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of timely, accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic planning and organisational decision-making.
• Lead the organisation's annual budgeting process and three year business plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and challenging assumptions where appropriate.
• Develop sophisticated financial models supporting business planning, investment appraisal, pricing decisions and long-term financial sustainability.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Financial Planning and Reporting team, creating a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
• Lead the continual development of financial systems, reporting tools and data quality.
• Lead the development of management dashboards and KPI reporting across the organisation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a track record of turning financial data into strategic insight.
• Equally comfortable partnering with senior leaders as leading a talented finance team, you'll bring expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting, alongside excellent communication skills and a drive to improve systems, processes and decision-making.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience of Power BI and ERP systems would be welcomed but is not essential.
• Experience in the arts/charity sector, or the entertainment/hospitality world would be beneficial

The opportunity

Working closely with the Director of Development, you'll lead the Major Gifts team, driving strategy and personally securing significant support from high-net-worth individuals. You'll develop and grow a portfolio of major, principal and transformational donors, creating compelling opportunities for investment that enable artists to take creative risks, new work to be commissioned and audiences around the world to experience extraordinary dance.

Alongside leading fundraising activity, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of philanthropy at Sadler's Wells, collaborating across the organisation, working alongside senior leadership, Trustees and influential supporters whilst helping build an ambitious culture of philanthropy.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record of securing six and seven-figure gifts from individual philanthropists.
• Builds authentic, long-term relationships with high-level donors and stakeholders.
• Is a strategic fundraising leader who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on fundraising.
• Can inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Has experience working within arts, culture or similarly complex relationship-led fundraising environments.
• Is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of one of the world's most influential cultural organisations.

Experience of international philanthropy, US fundraising or legacy giving would be welcomed but isn't essential.
