As the Community and Events Fundraiser, you will take the lead on various fundraising appeals supporting with the Christmas campaign and any emergency appeals. You will oversee internal working groups on new fundraising products and ensure they are launched on time and to make the most impact as well as ensuring supporters taking part in challenge events and community fundraising are given the best experience.
You will need:
- Experience working within community fundraising or events, if you have experience managing fundraising appeals that would be ideal
- Strong understanding of project management, monitoring income and expenditure
- A passion for supporter experience and creating excellent supporter journeys
Salary: £33,000 (if remote) or £38,500 (if London based)
Contract: Permanent Full time
Location: Flexible within the UK

Individual Giving Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to work with King’s College Hospital Charity who are seeking a dedicated Individual Giving Manager to join their wonderful team. This charity supports the day-to-day work of hospitals and deliver practical benefits by raising money for cutting edge equipment, research, pioneering treatment, patient wellbeing and staff development.
As an Individual Giving Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the giving stewardship journey working across lottery, regular giving, face to face and telephone fundraising activity giving you a broad scope which will benefit your career in the long-run. You will also manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
You will need:
- Excellent project management skills with experience in planning and implementing individual giving activity
- A passion for delivering excellent supporter experience
- Able to analyse data and create campaign reports in Excel
- Experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Permanent Full-time, will consider compressed hours
Location: Hybrid with 1 day in the office at Denmark Hill, London

We are working with fantastic international charity to recruit their Insight and Selections Officer, working within an established team you will take the lead on providing insight and timely selections for the fundraising and campaign team.
With the ability to work remotely, you will be part a passionate team, managing all aspects of data planning, implementation and evaluation of communication activities.
Main duties for the Selections Officer:
- Lead on analysis of campaigns
- Provide timely selections for fundraising campaigns
- Lead on interpreting communications reporting, ensuring statistically accurate evaluation of results
- Ensure that data meets GDPR regulations
You will need:
- Experience in producing complex and segmented data selections
- Proven ability to prioritise, schedule, and meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, Campaigns Management Tools, and CRM tools
- Demonstrable understanding of direct marketing or fundraising teams

We are pleased to be partnering with Warrington Youth Zone to search for their Head of Fundraising. The successful candidate will lead the fundraising team, collaborate closely with the Chief Executive, senior leadership team and the board of trustees to help Warrington Youth Zone fulfil its vision of being a safe and inspiring place where all young people can connect and flourish.
Leading a team of four, you will ensure the £700,000 fundraising target is met. You will be responsible for hands on relationship management with high value donors and building a sustainable funding model that prioritises multi-year partnerships.

- Warrington Youth Zone has strong history of securing donors worth over £5,000 with a warm, qualified pipeline and a supportive board.
To be a successful Head of Fundraising you will need:
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage at least one individual
- Experience of working with trustees and raising the awareness of fundraising internally and externally
- Demonstrable experience in generating income from corporates, high net worth individuals and grants/trusts
Salary: £45,000-£55,000

We’re working with a fantastic charity are who looking for a Supporter Care Manager to join their team. This role will manage a team of 8 experienced officers ensuring excellent supporter care is provided to all the charity’s supporters, responding to all supporter queries in a timely manner.
You’ll also ensure the smooth process of donations and timely appreciation of supporters for their donations including ensuring that all communications and updated on the charity’s database. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing improvements of supporter journey whilst continually developing new strategies towards providing supporters with excellent donor care to promote long-term support. This charity is passionate about ED&I and this is an excellent opportunity to step into a bigger team.
As a Supporter Care Manager, you will need:
- Experience working in a supporter care role with track record of successfully leading a team

We are working with a wonderful animal welfare charity to recruit their Data Analyst, working in a collaborative team you will take the lead on reporting and analysis across fundraising and communications, using BI and other analysis tools. You will be the first point of contact for all reporting queries, you should have strong SQL and PowerBI experience.
Main duties for the Data Analyst:
Develop and create new BI dashboards for the organisation
Migration of CRM reports into SQL using data warehousing
Stakeholder meetings and management to procure and capture reporting and analysis requirements

We are recruiting for an Individual Giving Fundraiser to join the wonderful Myeloma UK, this organisation is a fantastic place to work, we’ve placed a few people within the team and all speak very highly of the leadership and culture. This role will focus primarily on retention of their existing supporters, working across email, mail, lottery, cash appeals and celebration giving so will give you a full breadth of experience.
