Job description
Salary: £55,000–£58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid – three days a week in London office
Closing date: 28 September
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus four days paid Christmas leave

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Partnerships to join the ambitious team at Whizz Kidz, the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, you’ll lead and shape the vision and work of the Corporate Partnerships team at a pivotal time for the charity.

This is an exciting leadership role where you’ll develop and deliver significant relationships with companies large and small, create compelling funding proposals, and lead a high-performing team to maximise income and impact for young wheelchair users across the UK. You’ll play a key part in building the Whizz Kidz brand, growing influence, and driving transformational change for young people.

To be successful as the Head of Partnerships, you will need:
  • Senior-level experience in corporate partnerships or fundraising, with a track record of securing and managing multi-year, high-value partnerships.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and the drive to deliver against ambitious income targets.
