Head of Fundraising
Salary: £50,000 (inclusive of London weighting)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, London (minimum fortnightly office attendance)

We have a great opportunity for a Head of Fundraising working for an ambitious education charity. The role reports to the Director of Fundraising and Communications and offers the chance to lead and shape an exciting fundraising strategy at a pivotal stage of growth, helping the organisation expand its reach and impact across England.
As part of this exciting role, you will lead a team of five fundraisers and drive income generation across corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, major donors and individual giving. You will personally lead the major donor strategy, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and strategic supporters, while acting as a senior ambassador for the organisation.
Working closely with senior colleagues, you will identify new fundraising opportunities, oversee stewardship programmes, deliver high-value fundraising pitches and ensure a sustainable and diverse income base that supports ambitious growth plans over the coming years.
To be successful as the Head of Fundraising you will need:
- Proven track record of securing six-figure gifts across a range of fundraising income streams
- Experience of leading and developing a fundraising team while delivering income growth and strategic objectives
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior corporate stakeholders, trusts and foundations, and major donors, alongside excellent communication and ambassadorial abilities.
