Salary: £35,000- £43,000
Location: Southampton (Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office)
Contract: Permanent- full time (open to part-time 4 days pw)

We are delighted to be working with Southampton Hospitals Charity transforming patient care across the South. They are looking for a creative, data?driven Individual Giving Manager to lead and develop their Individual Giving programme.
You’ll shape multi?channel campaigns, strengthen supporter journeys and drive income across regular giving, one?off appeals, digital fundraising and incentivised giving products such as lottery and raffles programmes. This is a role with real opportunity for development, ideal for someone who wants to build and grow an IG programme with great potential.
To be successful as the Individual Giving Manager, you will need:

  • Experience delivering multi?channel IG campaigns
  • Confidence to grow regular giving, supporter journeys, upgrades and retention
  • Exposure to lottery and raffles fundraising
  • Track record of being proactive, organised and comfortable working across teams
