Individual Giving Manager

We are very excited to be looking for an amazing Individual Giving Manager to join the delightful team at The National Brain Appeal, an amazing organisation that is funding research, innovative treatment and world-class facilities for those with neurological & neuromuscular conditions.

As an Individual Giving Manager, you will play a vital part in driving and delivering an ambitious fundraising strategy, shaping the end-to-end experience of new and existing supporters, and leading on marketing and communications and Legacy giving. You will work closely with colleagues across the Fundraising team and lead a team of three to deliver on a central part of the overall fundraising strategy, with the ultimate aim of growing individual giving income.

To be a successful Individual Giving Manager, you will need:

• Extensive experience in designing, delivering and reporting on individual giving fundraising activities
• Proven experience in creating and monitoring budgets
• Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload
   

Deadline: 6^th May 2024
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Location: London, Hybrid with 2 days per week in the office
Working pattern: Full-time, permanent. Flexible hours considered
