Contract: Temporary, Part-time (3 days per week) - starting ASAP through December
Location: London Hybrid (open to remote)

We are delighted to be partnering with a national charity to recruit an Interim Individual Giving Manager on a short-term contract through to December. his is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Individual Giving professional to manage an established face-to-face fundraising programme while leading the tender process for a key supporter acquisition partnership. Joining during a busy period for the fundraising team, you will play an important role in ensuring campaign performance remains strong while helping shape future activity.

You will oversee the charity's face-to-face fundraising agency, monitoring performance, managing financial reporting, supporting training and stewardship activities, and working with internal teams to ensure a positive supporter experience. Alongside this, you will lead a procurement and tender process to appoint a new agency partner, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to evaluate proposals, support financial modelling and oversee the initial onboarding process.

This role will suit someone with strong Individual Giving or supporter acquisition experience who is comfortable managing agencies, stakeholders and multiple priorities. You will be a proactive and organised fundraiser who can work independently and quickly build relationships across a busy team.

To be successful as the Interim Individual Giving Manager, you will need:

  • Experience managing Individual Giving or supporter acquisition campaigns
  • Knowledge of face-to-face fundraising, lottery or direct marketing programmes
  • Strong agency and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience overseeing tenders, procurement processes or supplier selection
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
