Supporter Care Administrator
Job description
Salary: £30,000 - £33,861 – (hourly pay £17.36 plus £2.13 holiday pay)
Contract: Temporary – 3 months
Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office)

We are working with a well-established national homelessness charity that supports people to recover from homelessness, rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence. They are looking for a Supporter Care Administrator to join their Fundraising and Communications team, reporting to the Supporter Care Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a passion for delivering exceptional supporter experiences to play a vital role in supporting fundraising income and donor relationships.
As part of this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of supporter care operations, processing donations, administering Gift Aid, maintaining accurate supporter records and responding to supporter enquiries across multiple channels. You will work closely with fundraising colleagues and external partners to ensure income is handled efficiently and compliantly, while providing a high standard of customer service that helps supporters feel valued and engaged. The role offers a varied workload, combining administration, database management, supporter communications and fundraising operations support.

To be successful as the Supporter Care Administrator, you will need:
- Experience of using a CRM database, such as Raiser's Edge or another fundraising/customer database.
- Strong administrative experience, ideally involving income processing, data management or financial administration.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
