We’re delighted to be working with a leading national charity to recruit a Supporter Care Executive at a particularly exciting and busy time of year. This role sits at the heart of the charity’s supporter experience, providing excellent customer service to donors, fundraisers and members of the public during a particularly busy campaign period.
You’ll be the first point of contact for supporters, managing enquiries by phone and email, processing donations, updating supporter records and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Working within a supportive team of six, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within fundraising, supporter care and charity operations.
To be successful as the Supporter Care Executive, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with supporters and members of the public on the phone.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently manage a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Great attention to detail, ideally with experience updating databases or supporter records accurately.
