Supporter Care Officer

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful charity who are looking for a Supporter Care Officer to join their passionate team. This organisation is part of a global federation working in 130 countries and territories around the world, providing essential support and services to vulnerable children, young people, and families. They are dedicated to protecting children, strengthening families, and empowering young people.

As Supporter Care Officer you will represent the charity to build and maintain caring relationships with supporters and provide excellent services to support the dedicated fundraising team.

You will need:

• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
• Confident computer skills (experience with CRMs ideal)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to plan and report on activities

Salary: £ 25,000
Contract: Permanent Full time
Location: Hybrid - Cambridge
