Supporter Care Officer

Are you a supporter care officer immediately available to join an outstanding team?

We are pleased to be working with a wonderful health charity who are looking for an interim Supporter Services Officer to join their extraordinary team over a super busy period. You’ll be working in a team that plays a pivotal role in delivering effective support to the community, events and legacy fundraising team.

This is an important role for the charity as you will be the first point of contact supporting with inbound and outbound calls, prompt processing of donations and creating thank you letters. This is an excellent role with amazing perks and a big potential to go permanent.  
 
As a Supporter Care Officer, you will need:

• Excellent supporter service skills and experience
• Knowledge of CRMs or relational databases
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software

Deadline: ASAP
Salary: Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
Location: Hybrid- London
Contract type- Temporary
